Professional friendly service from the initial booking to the end of the journey…would highly recommend to anyone requiring a driver! Couldn't do enough for me…worth every penny!

My son arranged for Phil to meet me at Heathrow after a long days travel. Phil was there to greet me on my arrival and take my case to the waiting card or me. I was tired, as I had not slept on the plane, and he kindly provided me with a car blanket and a bottle of water. Both Phil and the car were immaculately turned out, the journey was flawless and I was home in good time. Phil even went the extra mile by asking me if I needed to pick up any supplies before he took me to my home. A big thank you to Phil.

I was chauffeured to London and back over 2 days for surgery and the transport was my biggest concern. I can honestly say that the journey was absolutely delightful! It made my whole experience of the operation stress free. I arrived relaxed and feeling safe. Door to door service and I was treated like royalty! I was chauffeured by the lovely Phil Lafbery from Nottingham to London on 14/7/2015, I would highly recommend I fount him very friendly, comforting and very reliable. I was then also picked up from London and driven home to Nottingham the following day after I had my operation, he made me feel really relaxed and comfortable with providing blankets and a bottle of water for my journey home, and asked me if I would like him to pull over anywere at anytime then to just ask… Very pleased and would defiantly be using his services in the near future….

My husband (to be at the time! ) hired Phil and Lafberys for a surprise wedding gift to me. They were extremely professional from Phil visiting us to see what our requirements were - to the itinerary emailed. The car was immaculate and our drive John was polite and as immaculate as the car! Music played in the car was relaxing and the journey to and from the venue fun. The final touch of the champagne when we came out of the venue was just the icing on the cake! The service we received at Lafberys Wedding car Hire was exceptional value for money the driver went the extra mile to ensure we had a perfect day. I have used Phil on three occasions for airport transfers and the service on each occasion has been excellent. The car is always immaculate, the nice touches of the days paper and a bottle of water are welcome. Phil will chat or leave you alone - as you wish. On my return from China I have fallen asleep - twice! Phil is unhurried and the whole experience is painless. He is a safe and courteous driver - the whole thing is without drama. When you calculate the cost of fuel and parking and factor in the hassle factor of driving this is great value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Phil.

From Start to finish the service we received from Phil was above and beyond. From the regular communication from Phil when organising the cars for our wedding on 24th December 2010 ensured every confidence of a professional service on the day. Our company have used the services of Lafbery's for a number of years now however, Sunday 5th December was the first time I had personally been chauffeured. I couldn't have asked for more. Phil is polite and considerate and made a 5 hour journey relaxing. I was a bit nervous about spending so long with somebody that I didn't know but I needn't have worried. Everything was fantastic. When I asked if he minded if I read, he replied, of course not, this is your car now. That put me at ease immediatly. Phil is also an excellant safe driver. Phil seems to go beyond the call of duty and even offered to stop off so as I could collect some groceries. The communication prior to the wedding was exceptional and we were never left in any doubt of the arrangements. We were looking for two Silver Mercedes cars for our wedding day, and we found Phil via his website. When we contacted him he was professional right from the start, keeping in contact with us and answering all our queries promptly. Phil provided the perfect service for my wedding. Communication before the event was friendly and informative, and I was given a detailed itinerary of what to expect on the day. The customer service was just what I was looking for, and after one phone call with Phil, I was certain I'd made the right choice. I booked this service for my daughters wedding. The service that the chauffeur provided went beyond what was expected of him i can not praise him highly enough. As my daughters wedding did not go to plan as was delayed by 45 mins the driver waited patiently and could not of done more to put me at ease as I was worried about him waiting around for us. Having just come out of hospital, Phil was there waiting for me and assisted me to the car, providing refreshments and a warm blanket, which was completely unexpected but very welcome! He was polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble - even stopping at a local shop before taking me home to ensure that I had everything I needed for the next day or so!
