I have been a member of Kuk Sool Won since it opened in June 2015 as the first Kuk Sool Won club in Somerset. After having done Yoga for a couple of years I wanted to do something more active and challenging and learn some self defence. PSBN Steve has been teaching for 12 years and makes you feel at ease, and makes sure each lesson is different. I am surprised at how far I have come already. My children also do the children's classes and they enjoy the varied lessons too, board breaks, kicks, self defence as well as the dodgeball game at the start and the chance to earn paperclips for their belts for best improvement/behaviour are small extras that make the lessons fun. Both PSBN Steve and JKN Sally have a great, fun approach with the kids.
