I ordered a bouncy castle for my daughters 1st birthday party Booking was easy and very good communication Arrive was early really good set up was quick and easy friendly people Pick up was explained would be 6pm or after everything was smooth from ordering to setting up My only complaint is that the bouncy castle was very dirty still had confetti from previous party's on there and food I know bouncy castle are not the cleanest my daughters arms were black from crawling around on there like I said I know bouncy castle are not the cleanest but could be done better than what it was defo the food and confetti on there Great value for money though friendly staff good communication Would try and hire again and see if it improves in cleanliness. .

A big thank you to Koncept Castles for the bouncy castle last weekend. A really friend team who had it ready in minutes and explained everything we needed to know. I’ll be using you for the next one.

As always Martin and team are great. Super efficient service and also very flexible with collection times. Used Koncept castles for years and always been great, just supplied huge inflatable slide for our daughters 21st, brilliant fun !

We use Koncept Castles every year. Martin and his team are always helpful and most importantly turn up on time. We have always found their castles to be clean and there is always a great choice.
