Richard moved us into our home 10 years ago and after such an excellent experience with him it was only logical he move us out! He with his colleague Paul did two separate moves of our overflowing stuff and brought order and calm to the proceedings. As always on time, capable, positive and extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience with Koala Vans, would highly recommend! Ricard scoped our requirements at the beginning and offered helpful suggestions for packing. The move went quickly and smoothly on the day. We opted for 1 x man and van and with Richard and two of us, it took just under three hours to move the contents of our small one-bedroom house. Ricard was incredibly helpful from start to finish and made the process stress-free - thank you.

Richard is an extremely nice chap, hard working and positive. Turned up on time and cracked on moving all of our stuff to a new place (including heavy plants pots) in way less time than we would have expected. On top of that he charges a really far and honest price. Could not recommend him enough to anyone looking for an extremely professional man with a can service for removals.

Rich was an absolute god send. I'd booked Rich to help me move out of our home, taking various bits of furniture to storage, BHF, second hand dealers and the tip, all in one day! He didn't bat an eye lid at any of it and was a true gent settling my nerves and taking the stress from me where he could. He's an absolute master at packing storage, taking charge of what little space I had left and helping me to fit everything in. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use Rich again and to top it off he's a thoroughly nice bloke!

Richard came highly recommended to me at very short notice. With Richard's equipment, expertise and experience, we were able to move a large sofa from one property to another without a single piece of damage to the sofa or any of the walls. The desination was a first floor Victorian conversion and Richard was able to navigate the sofa up without any problems at all. On top of that, he charges a very fair price and is a genuinely nice chap. I wouldn't strongly recommend Koala Vans for any moves.

Absolutely recommend! Cannot be faulted! Most friendly and professional service I have ever received in London (and I have moved house over 10 times with a man and van in the last 15 years! ).

Moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do, but from the moment Richard arrived he put us completely at ease. Within half a minute he knew what to put into the van first and what could be left for the end, meaning that we could get on with the much simpler task of bringing things out to him. He was also very warm and friendly. Within what seemed like no time, everything was packed and ready to go. I can't recommend Richard highly enough. He's a really nice guy (he does a lot of work for charity too, by the way - good bloke! ), and he provides a very professional service. Koala Vans is a must for anybody moving short or long distance. Richard is very friendly, helpful, punctual and very thorough when moving my belongings. I have will have no hesitation using Richard again and would 100% recommend him. An excellent removal company.

Outstanding service from Richard, we used Koala twice recently to move out and separately move in to a new place and on both occasions Richard really went the extra mile (even visiting a local storage unit to check details with them on our behalf! ) and made everything far easier for us. He was an absolute pleasure to meet and his work rate was incredible - he really took the stress out of our moves. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Excellent service. Richard is a lovely fella. Extremely punctual, great knowledge of London's roads and shortcuts, and very helpful when moving furniture out of my old flat into my new. Nice conversation too between properties. Me and my girlfriend were impressed and would definitely use again.

There is nothing to say other than FANTASTIC. We asked for a few items to be moved from one office to another - great job, really accommodating, happy, helpful and an all round brilliant job. Fantastic value for money.
