For sometime I had a number of niggling problems on my PC. One in particular it was very - very slow. When Ken arrived at the agreed time, within minutes he had solved a few of the problems that had been bugging me. He then decided to take my PC back to his workshop and returned it the following day. Immediately I noticed the difference: the results were incredible. I'm not sure what he did but it certainly worked. Ken was polite and helpfull and his charges very reasonable. Has upgraded and improved performance of PC. Has set up new computer and moved files from old to new computer. Excellent work and service, does what you want and what is needed.

Ken responded to my call very quickly when my computer was going very slow and had viruses on it. He repaired it promptly and didn't charge a fortune for the repair. He was very friendly and arrived when he said he would.

I found Ken to be very knowledgeable, reliable, always prompt. Arriving when he says he will, and he has never failed to help me with my computer problems over the past four years. I have recommended him to three friends who were equally pleased with the service he provided. I will gladly recommend him in future if asked if I know someone who is able to sort out computer dilemmas.
