From the free Kindfully Calm Toolkit to the 6-week mindfulness course and Kind Minds Club community, Kindfully You is about making small, believable steps that lead to lasting change. Ruth’s mission is to help women feel calmer, more present, and more connected to themselves, while letting go of perfectionism and self-criticism.
