I have just bought a Kawai CA65 from Key Sound and I have to say, the customer service I received from Steve, the director, was excellent. Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted and offered some help and advice. I had some idea of what I wanted but I could only judge the key brands by what I'd read on the internet which, for the most part, tend to be biased towards a particular brand. Steve broke down the fundamentals of the mechanics of the key actions used by the different models and demonstrated the degree to which each model resembled their acoustic counterparts through some fascinating tests with each piano. It soon became apparent that his knowledge was extensive and advice honest and impartial. After listening to what he had to say about each piano, the choice was clear to me. The Kawai CA65 was just what I wanted with its astonishing likeness to an acoustic piano, and more specifically, with its "Grand Feel" wooden key action, grand piano resemblance. After paying, I left the store at around closing time and shortly after arriving home at 6pm, I had a call from Steve to say he had the piano in the back of one of his vans and it was ready to be delivered that very evening if I wanted. This was certainly a nice surprise and I gladly accepted his offer! I've bought two Keyboards from Keysound. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The products are very good. They seem to get you just about anything you ask for. The two chaps that run this shop give you the very best of after service. They'll do anything to help. Thanks guys.
