Kew Glazing & Cat Flap Fitting Srevices Southwest Ltd

We had a cat flap fitted with this company a few weeks ago. The cat flap was fitted wonky. The left side of the cat flap is lower than the right side. It is noticeable as a friend recently commented on it. I called and messaged Kath back regarding this but heard nothing back. When my phone calls were finally answered, I was told that they were out of office and that they would call me this week to organise putting it right. I have emailed, called and messaged this week, politely asking for the matter to be resolved. I have heard nothing back. I then realised that my number had been blocked. My husband then messaged and heard nothing back. He has now heard back from Kieran, stating that they will not be sorting the cat flap out and they have now also blocked my husband’s number. Adjusting the cat flap would not have been a big job, but it isn’t something we can do ourselves, hence why we used this company in the first place. We have recently bought our home, our front door is brand new. We now have a wonky, ill fitted cat flap in it. I needed a cat flap fitted in a double-glazed door. Although Kew did not give the cheapest quote, I chose them because, from their website and in their response to my request, it seemed that they had experience and expertise in this specific area. Kieran was prompt and efficient and the whole job was completed in a week. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work.

I was really happy with the service I received. I needed a cat flap fitted into my patio doors and the glass was ordered promptly and fitted very neatly and quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
