Poor service, poor communication, charged more than what was agreed. Rude customer service and will not be recommending this company to friends and family. Sales lady has lied to cover herself.

Managed to get car in last minute for MOT and was quick however I have to say the man who served my partner was extremely rude and unprofessional and as a result I would not be coming here to get our car serviced and will not be recommended to family or friends !

Kesgrave Tyre & Exhaust have been looking after my vehicles for over 10 years. They are reliable and trustworthy. As I know nothing about cars , they take the time to explain any work that needs to be done and are mindful of cost and quality. I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone.

I've had both our family cars serviced, and occasionally repaired, here for many years. They are unfailingly helpful and courteous, always honest and have never let me or my wife down with the quality of their work. I particularly remember one occasion when I had a long term problem with brake discs warping on a Rover 600. They replaced the discs and within weeks these had also warped. Despite their best efforts the problem kept coming back - and so did I. They never once made me feel a nuisance, never charged me an extra penny and made it clear at every step that this was their problem to resolve. And in the end they did get to the bottom of it and cure the problem. Like this example, I've always found them willing to go the extra mile, and more often than not, with a good natured smile. I would recommend Kesgrave Tyre and Exhaust to anyone - and frequently do! In my opinion they're the best sort of local company: They don't look or try to be flashy - instead, they are staffed with local people who give good, honest service to a local customer base.
