Tucked away in the heart of rural Lincolnshire, near Louth and only 5 miles from the seal colony at Donna Nook on the Lincolnshire coast, these two semi-detached barn conversions look out towards the Lincolnshire Wolds. If its a relaxing break you want, then simply sit back and relax in the peaceful surroundings, but for the more energetic, there is plenty to see and do throughout the area. The Georgian market town of Louth, with three markets a week, and a very good selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, is just 5 miles away. The traditional seaside resort of Mablethorpe is a 20-minute drive away, and the seal breeding grounds at Donna Nook are about 15 minutes away. Further afield, the city of Lincoln is approximately a 50-minute drive. There are plenty of good walks and cycle routes throughout the area, with fishing and golf also available nearby. Beach 14½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.
Clare’s Cottage and Wolds View can be booked together to accommodate up to 10 guests.

Self Catering Holiday Cottages are on a 12 acre smallholding on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Kents Farm Self catering holiday cottages are well equipped and comfortable with everything self catering holiday makers will need. Each has its own courtyard and parking area with disabled access.
Both cottages are 1 bedroomed with en suite, double/king bed and cot, but will sleep four adults or 2 adults 3 children as there is a comfortable double sofabed in the generous sized lounge. An extra 'put up' bed is available for a small charge if required, plus cot at no extra charge, therefore sleeping 6. There is a wetroom with handbasin, toilet and shower downstairs, enabling disabled suitability.
