After seeing the service that Neil and his team provided for close family we have since used Neil and his team for 2 projects in the last 6 months and couldn't be more pleased with the whole process. The first was a complete renovation and remodelling of our bathroom and then we followed this up with the kitchen having been so delighted with the end result for the bathroom. Neil spends time with you to understand your budget and requirements, is able to add his years of experience to provide different design ideas and show many samples of products to see how they look together. Nothing was too much trouble, he makes you feel valued and listened to and has a desire to create an end result that will be beyond what you could have hoped for. If you want cheap and run of the mill then Kensington isn't for you. They aim to provide high quality products, excellent design and installation to give any renovation the 'wow' factor. The team of fitters, particularly Nick for the bathroom and Steve for the kitchen are really decent people who you can easily build a rapport with. With them you know it isn't about rushing a job to get it done quickly. It's about quality preparation, an eye for detail and taking the time to make the project right. Neil also keeps a watchful eye on things to ensure everything is going to plan. We are absolutely thrilled by our two renovations and know we made the right choice to use Kensington Studios. This is the second time we have used Kensington Studio’s (previously in another property). Neil has some great design ideas that not only include the main kitchen, but also space saving ideas, voice activated lighting etc and an excellent eye for detail. He never pressurises you into making a decision unlike many others. The products he uses and the workmanship is of the highest quality and every detail is gone over so you feel confident in getting your dream kitchen. The whole team is clean, tidy and take pride in their work and nothing is too much trouble. Neil also kept in constant contact with us throughout the whole project so we had every confidence in how our renovations were progressing. A varied project that had a number of twists and turns. The end result is very nice and we are happy with what we have. Good people and they worked with us, which is underestimated these days; people don't listen as much, I find. I'd recommend them, definitely.

Great service from Neil in the showroom and Steve the fitter from start to finish. Neil went out of his way to accommodate our requests for the design when other companies didn’t think what we wanted was possible. He gave good advice where we needed it and did a brilliant job of organising work on the electrics, plaster, flooring and worktops. Steve brought it all to life and offered solutions for any minor issues that cropped up during the fitting process. We did have a slight issue with some of the painted panels but Neil resolved this quickly, minimising any delay. We couldn’t be happier with the end result and would happily recommend Kensington Studio. Having someone to arrange the whole process made things so much easier and less stressful and allowed us to focus on the finishing touches to make the kitchen our own.

COVID didn’t help time wise, but I was kept up to date with what was happening. Overall very good.

We recently had our kitchen fitted by Kensington studio. We had been recommended by a friend to visit the showroom Neil was extremely helpful as our kitchen is small and square the design was better than we could have imagined with plenty of storage and extra, s we didn't think we would be able to have. Neil and his team were on hand every step of the way with any questions we needed to ask all the trades were excellent a special thank you to Steve the kitchen fitter who did a fantastic job and nothing was to much trouble. Before you go anywhere else check out Kensington studios first you will not be disappointed. Thank you Neil we love our new kitchen and it looks so much bigger.

What a team at Kensington. I had my last kitchen from Neil 16years ago, it was still in great condition but needed a update and wow what a update it was! Nothing is to much for them not like the bigger companys who are only interested in your money you get a personal and very professional touch with Neil nothing is to much trouble (no matter how many times I changed my mind) Steve the fitter is great causing very little disruption during a big project! Also had a bathroom done from Neil a few years back but it’s still perfect…I wouldn’t go anywhere else for any work in my home…I couldn’t recommend this company enough way more than a 5 star recommendation for these guys!

Excellent service from Neil and Steve his fitter. Neil designed , provided and fitted my new built in bedroom wardrobes. Neil's original design was clear and allowed for a little tweaking by us both. There was loads of choice in colours, styles and finishing details. The finished units are of great quality and are just what I was looking for. Steve, the fitter, was highly professional and clean working, causing little mess at the end of each day. In addition, Neil designed the units to fit in a new small utility room. He made the most of the small space giving me ample storage without cramming the space full. Again these are of great quality and worth the time and money spent. Neil at Kensington studios was recommended by a friend. The whole experience was first class. We had a new kitchen diner and then a new bathroom. Neils help and ideas were invaluable he seemed to have a sixth sense about what we would like. There was never a problem only solutions. The whole team were very professional would highly recommend.

Thanks to Neil , Steve and their team a superb job. Total refit of kitchen, Neil’s advice on design is invaluable, great ideas. They caused the least disruption possible for quite major works. Also not quite sure how this happened, but the kitchen seems considerably bigger without an extension, incredible.

An absolute first class experience from the moment we set foot in the studio. The design process was made enjoyable by Neil as he presented gadgets and features we didn't know existed, and adjusting the details as we changed our minds, to arrive at our perfect kitchen. The end result is more than we could have imagined - and all at a greater quality than any of the high-street favourites could offer… and a price that beat them all too!

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen that was designed and installed by Kensington Studio. The whole process, from early design discussions through to completion, has been excellent. All the team were incredibly helpful and professional in terms of quality and attention to detail. Neil never rushed us to make quick decisions and always listened to our requests. He gave us excellent advice and nothing was too much trouble. There was a minimum amount of inconvenience and the project was completed well within the timescale that Neil had given us. Steve, the kitchen fitter, was extremely resourceful, and even plumbed the washing machine in to a temporary place in the garage whilst the kitchen was being fitted. We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen! So thank you to Neil, Steve and all the other tradesmen who contributed to giving us our dream kitchen that truly has that 'wow' factor!Moreexpand_more
