Kennedy Design is an established professional consultancy offering architectural, building surveying and structural design services in the field of building design and property development. Many satisfied clients have used Kennedy Design throughout County Down and the Greater Belfast Area. The design office is located just outside Crossgar (Downpatrick).

Helping clients to ascertain their architectural dreams, the firm provides the general public with a professional architectural service. The service is always aimed at meeting clients' requirements within an agreed timescale and budget.

Kennedy Design has a professional team, qualified to Full Chartered Status. Professional bodies include the 'Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors', 'Chartered Institute of Building' and the 'Chartered Association of Building Engineers'. The firm provides a range of services in the design of new buildings, the extension, refurbishment and alterations of existing buildings and associated works.

The company is managed by directors.

Mr Brian Kennedy BA, BSc (Hons), MCIOB, MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor.
