We saw Keith and Ryan working on the roof of our neighbour's house and, as we had thought of having our house re-roofed, we approached Keith for an estimate. We accepted the estimate and they came earlier than expected due to a cancellation. Within a week our house had a brand new roof. They were very professional, hard working and efficient, tidying up each day and at the end of the job, and worked around our necessities, so causing minimal hassle to us and our neighbours.

We used Keith and son Ryan to reroof our property a semi detached house with a small flat roof. Ryan actually did the work and did a fantastic job. They replaced the roof tiles, new felt, new lats, new gutters all round, new fascias and the small flat roof over the bay. We are now confident there will be no leaks from cracked tiles and sunk gutters/fascia boards, topped up insulation to 300mm inline with new building regs epc requirements. Only one issue was a leaking union which may have occurred once the scaffold was brought down but both Ryan and Keith returned promptly to remedy this as soon as it was found. Have already recommended them to folk locally who have asked for a good roofer. Will most likely use them again myself if we need another roof elsewhere doing. Thanks again Ryan and Keith.

Good communication regarding the job requirements. Reasonable quote and a quality job completed. Punctual and polite contractor. The job was to grind out and repoint a chimney stack and apply stormdry, address flashing, replace slate and ensure weather proofing of stack following a leak.

Keith re roofed our mid terraced house and re pointed 2 chimney stacks for us. He is a very good roofer. Keith came when he said he would and communication was great. We change 2 aspects of the job while he was on site and he was very accommodating and understanding about this. Very competitive price but does a very good job with it. I can sleep easy this winter knowing my roof and chimneys are sound.

Keith did some work for myself and a few neighbours in Broadbottom and we were all really impressed with his service. No job was too small and his prices were very competitive. He always turned up on time and cleaned up after himself - which is a bonus! The recent very heavy rain in this area was a test for all the pointing and guttering repairs he carried out on my property and I'm very happy to say that my house is bone dry - thus his work was perfect. I have thus recommended Keith to various friends and neighbours.

We used Keith to put a pitched roof on our bay window as we had found it practically impossible to get anyone to replace the canopy which kept leaking. Keith did a really good job, he was punctual, professional, really tidy and our little roof looks like it has been there forever, not obtrusive at all. We were so impressed we had some pointing done and now we have booked him to re roof the whole house. Every quote he has given us has been better than other tradesmen we have approached which is really the icing on the cake for the quality of workmanship we have received. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I have used Keith for 3 major jobs on our house, two extensions and a loft conversion. I tested the market for each job and each time Keith's price was significantly better than any other price I got. For this reason I believe Keith offers outstanding value for money. In addition I have found Keith to be punctual amenable and courteous, happy to explain progress and make tweaks to the designs whilst on the job. What's more he will only use other tradesman who match his high standards. I have no hesitation in recommending his work.

I had a dorma loft conversion built and from start to finish the work was carried out in the up most professional manner. Workers turned up on time,were very tidy, kept me well informed on the progress and worked hard all day every day. The build itself was first class. An excellent job well done.
