We have just completed a rear extension and remodelling of our ground floor. Keith designed and project managed our build which has been very successful. He has good local knowledge of the planning process and we worked with an excellent builder who he recommended. He also came up with some cost saving ideas that actually made the kitchen look better. Highly recommended.

Keith Whitworth advised and arranged a successful planning application with Lambeth council. Our house is in a conservation area and he managed the process very effectively with the notoriously difficult to deal with planning and heritage people at Lambeth. For any jobs in Lambeth I would certainly use him again. And for any others I would ask for his view beforehand.

KWA designed and supervised an extension across the entire rear of our house, and a small utility room to the side, as well as redesigning the kitchen. Several years on, they are still looking fantastic and very functional. He was responsive to the need to keep within budget, and the times I decided to take a cheaper option than he recommended are ones I regret!

Keith was extremely helpful, efficient and thorough in his handling of the application, providing expert advice on maximising the likelihood of getting planning approval, working tirelessly to put together a very professional application and even arranging and attending a meeting with the planning officer and submitting the application online on our behalf. I worked closely with Keith on a community project based in Dalton in Furness Cumbria. The result is a beautifully designed canopy which is intended to provide a unique outdoor venue. Keith's attention to detail was second to non and I have no hesitation recommending his services.
