I got in contact with Keith about cleaning our wool stairs and landing carpet. Keith was very helpful and provided a very competitive quote. Before he arrived we had also arranged to clean our bedroom carpet. I was very impressed with his knowledge of cleaning (as his enthusiam to share) and his van with all his gear on! I was expecting a small cleaning machine……how wrong I was! Keith has a very professional manner and came across as a thoroughly nice bloke! I had a large lounge carpet and a hallway too which were moderately unclean after 5 years use. Keith came the same day I called to give a free quote. He explained the methods he woe use and what results I could expect. He even asked about past cleaning methods I have used myself such as Vanish and what would happen when he used his own products. Keith was very honest and punctual when he came on the day and the results were as good as I'd hoped and a little better. I had to leave him for a short while on his own and I trusted him from the start. His prices are fair (not the cheapest and not the dearest) but was definitely worth the price.

I knew the carpet was dirty but not how dirty until it's been professionally cleaned. Worth every penny, especially as it put a smile on the wife's face. Might ask Keith back to do the drive and patio.

I needed to get the whole house (3 bedrooms, lounge, bathrooms, lounge and dining area) carpet cleaned, as they were filthy and very worn from the previous tenant (must have had a dog, and been walking around in shoes). Everything was simply excellent, the carpet now looks great, even one of the rooms, I considered a write off looks a lot better than I'd hoped for. Well done.

First we had our lounge and dining room cleaned because these rooms we cleaned to such a high standard. We had them back to do the rest of the rooms in house. Value for money all the work carried out was to a high standard thoroughly recommended.

Keith provides a first class service. He arrived promptly to provide an estimate and to carry out the work. He has a professional manner and offers clear explantion of the work to be carried out. He respected our home at all times. Would highly recommend him.

Keith reallly pulled out all the stops to clean my carpets at very short notice (in between moving in and a furniture delivery) it's a substantial house which meant weekend working, this was very much appreciated. It's rare these days to find someone who takes such a pride in their work and who goes that extra mile to give complete customer satisfaction. Keith gets 10 out of 10 on both counts! Small gestures such as the removal of shoes before coming into my house really demonstrates the respect he has for others property. I also had no quarms at all in leaving him unaccompanied in my house. Would I ask him to clean my carpets again? I certainly would! Would I recommend his services to others? Definitely! KD Masterclean provided a first class service which was carried out on time and with no disruption to the office. We would gladly use KD Masterclean again.

Despite the unpleasant looking stains, the slight smell and chewing gum like sticky patches on the carpet, they were removed and I was happy with the results. The carpet looked fresh. The service was excellent and you got the added bonus of Keith's lovely personality. Would I recommend him? Absolutely!

Keith provided an excellent service. He replied to my enquiries promptly and when the date had to be rescheduled there was no problem. He pointed out stains which may not respond so well to cleaning ie. Animal stains and was honest about the possible outcome. The carpets have come up very well, apart form the animal stains which were hard to shift and I am very pleased with the result. Keith was careful not to make any mess and left the kitchen looking neat.

I was very impressed with Keith's professional attitude, courtesy and work ethic. His services were delivered in a timely manner and when he said he would undertake and action he achieved this, a relief from some cowboys out there. A small factor that shows the professionalism was changing from his outdoor shoes to indoor shoes when inspecting and quoting, it actually really impressed me.
