I'm a first time homeowner. KBR have recently installed a new combi boiler for me, replaced piping and explained how it all works. They've also serviced my oven. They are friendly, local and efficient.

Before replacing our old boiler, Klaus from KBR took time to explain the best options for our system. We settled on a Viessmann condensing boiler, and we are very pleased with both the service and the huge improvement in our heating system. The work was carried to a very high standard - immaculate pipework and well matched brickwork by where the old flue was removed. Klaus and his team are polite, efficient and professional. They have our full recommendation.

An excellent service and a very professional job. A new boiler which was relocated, a pressure tank and two replacement showers. All arrived as ordered and it was all fitted and working in ½ the time quoted. The guys from KBR are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, working diligently with the minimum of fuss and mess. Lovely service from the ladies in the office and a good after sales service as well (how many plumbers pop back after a couple of weeks just to check over everything). Overall I would not hesitate to recommend Klaus and his firm for any plumbing job you may have.

As a landlord, I have really appreciated the speed and efficiency of KBR Gas. Without fail, they have gone out of their way to help me out as quickly as they can. I rarely recommend companies but feel it is the least they deserve - fantastic service and "can-do" attitude.

I called KBR a weekday afternoon when our pilot light kept going out; Klaus offered to come around that afternoon, and then - since I was at work and couldn't make it - turned up that evening instead. Our boiler was cleaned/serviced and a new thermocouple installed, and throughout it was clear that Klaus is a man who takes his work seriously. On top of this, he's a polite, friendly and accommodating! I could find nothing to fault, and will definitely be inviting KBR back when we next need some work done.

Klaus installed an LPG gas supply for a range cooker and also replaced the hot water system. Both jobs were completed efficiently and with attention to detail.

Klaus was one of three organisations requested to quote for a replacement central heating system for my daughters' ageing system. His amiable and expert advice ensured an excellent value for money option. The installation date agreed was kept and his hardwork, positive attitude and determination to achieve the best possible end result cannot be faulted.

Klaus was originally asked to service our (very) old boiler. On inspection it became clearly obvious that it had become unsafe due to spillage amongst other problems. We were offered very good advice on the replacement options available and were offered a fitting date within a reasonable time. We opted to move from a conventional to combi boiler. During the installation we found Klaus to be a friendly, hardworking individual who takes a pride in his work. We are very pleased with the result and would happily recommend him to others.
