KBM Training and Recruitment

I received the necessary experience I set out to achieve. The course tutors were very helpful, when I needed their assistance and help. The structure from start to end was practical in setting me up. The student portal is very informative.

So so so bad, they ignore you and dont reply to emails or phone calls, I have been sent to voice mail so many times. They promised to call back but never do. Even the Manager didnt call me back for nearly a month.

Shocking company to deal with. Take your money. Do. It supply any of the study material and do not reply to emails. Ignore requests for a refund. A total rip off company.

Through the Reed web site a highly reputable recruitment company, I found KBM training that was offering a 50% discount for November. I eventually signed up for a basic sage 50 course to start early December. After completing their induction course which explains how they operate and to sign into courses I was finally able to begin my training. So on Monday morning December 7 I was finally able to sign on to start training in Sage50. Firstly, no one explained that I needed to download the software. So of the 2 hour slot I spent the first hour waiting for them to sort out and download sage50! When I finally got the software, I started the first tutorial of how to use the software. For some strange reason I couldn’t hear the tutor and my computer volume was set to the maximum. I tried asking the online tutor for help. My wife, who is an IT Teacher listened in the evening and she also couldn’t understand the problem and we played it on different laptops and also added external speakers in vain. When I sent an email to complain they finally got back to me days later that their technical department found no problem and that 300 students had no problem with this?So has anyone else experienced problems hearing or was it just me?I never went any further as I got fed up and asked for my money back of £125. They responded that it would take 4 to 5 days for accounts to look into the matter. Their response was I signed their terms of condition an agreement that once I started training that I was not entitled to a refund. So I sent an email to head of accounts over a week ago as my consumer rights are affected and still no response. I have tried calling but they don’t return my calls. In my email I stated “that I wanted to retrain and that I was unemployed. So I really needed a refund”. I am still waiting. So if you are considering using them I wouldn’t, there are better courses out there….Moreexpand_more

This is the best value for money course I have ever undertaken; In addition to training I received a work placement with one of the leading accounting corporations in London. I am now on track to acheiving my goal of becoming a fully qualified accountant.

In my opinion I have not seen anyone that provides such quality hands on training like KBM Training does. Highly recommend this to everyone looking to excel in accountancy.
