Kate's Dog Grooming was established by Kate in September 2001. This is a family-run, professional, fully equipped grooming salon in Skewen, Neath Port Talbot. We are located 4min. Drive from junction 44 / M4. This gives easy access for customers from Sweanse, Pontardawe, Llanelli and more. The salon offers a full range luxury 1-2-1 grooming service at affordable prices, for any breed or size of Dogs and Cats. Kate has been a professional groomer for over twenty years. She has built reputation on offering gentle, safe, and most compassionate grooming services. We can adapt the service offered to suit your grooming requirements. We ensure to adapt the individual personality of every dog and give the most appropriate grooming plan for your dog’s build, breed and temperament. We have behaviourist and dog trainer on the board for nervous dogs, to provide a calm, quiet, safe, stress-free environment for your best friend. Your pets' well-being and comfort are our first priority. All of our professionals are well trained and affectionate about the pets.

Additionally we offer your pet a seven points visual health check to look for ticks, fleas, dry skin, lumps or grass seeds in paws, things you may not notice in day to day life. The salon affords free expert advice and free phone consultation to the customers.
Stay safe in pandemic time!
We are Covid 19 trained and Certified groomers. Social distance rules applied, dogs lead and collar is sterylised everytime you and your pet visit us. We are first aid trained, fully insured for the services and carry full public liability insurance.

Our parlour is wheelchair accessible with free parking  for your convenience, pickup and drop off service also available to local customers at extra cost. Card and cash payment accepted. We are open five days a week 9am-5pm and look forward to meeting you.
