I am a personal performance and life coach with a wide range of experience. I work with people to facilitate them in improving their personal and professional lives. I strive to build creative partnerships with my clients to help clarify their vision of who they want to be and their direction both personally and professionally. I help them to develop the skills they need to fulfil that ambition. I’m passionate about my work and the transformative change it can inspire. I facilitate my clients self-discovery to enable them to gain as much from their lives as possible, and I have made it my business to achieve that.

I also support small business and larger organisations with leadership training, we work together in a partnership developing new leaders or leaders who feel they need a new perspective.

In addition I also work with staff in organisations to enable them to develop resilience and improve their wellbeing. This enables organisations to support their staff and reduce absence.
