Kaizen Martial Arts Academy

I have trained with Kaizen since I was 14. I will be turning 26 this year and I still train at Kaizen, it's more than just a Martial Arts Academy! Kaizen is a place everyone is welcome and encouraged to do their best no matter what their abilities are.

I joined Kaizen back in 2011 wish id done it earlier its like a second family I've learnt new skills and met some amazing people.

I joined Kaizen in February 2012 and it has helped me in so many different aspects. I have gained so much confidence by training here and met a lot of new people. There is always a great atmosphere when we train. The students are great and the instructors are great. I would highly recommend this place.

I have been training at Kaizen for over two years now, and I have never looked back! The quality of training is incredible, and has enabled me to learn a lot. As well as this, the friendly atmosphere makes it an enjoyable experience each time I train. Brilliant instructors, and an amazing dojo!

I joined Kaizen in 2011 and haven't looked back since! When I joined I never thought I would get as far as I have. I didn't think I would develop myself in all the ways I have done but everything so far is well worth it. Such a lovely atmosphere in the dojo and time does fly.

A great find for a rather unfit 39 year old trying his hand at Aikido for the first time. An exceptional level of expert instruction by dedicated and very understanding Sensei Tomasz Krolak. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Kaizen is a fantastic club. It is welcoming and friendly. I have been to a variety of different martial arts clubs and none of them compare to the excellent atmosphere at Kaizen. The teaching is carried out by very knowledgeable and experienced instructors which ensures you get the best experience possible. I love the whole experience and would recommend anyone to come and see for yourself what it's like, whether you've done any martial arts or not. It's FAB! :-).

A great family atmosphere, the prices are good when looking at other karate schools. I have been with the club for 9years, I can't see myself not being here as it's great fun and I've learnt so much and I'm still continuing to do so xx.

To find a traditional martial arts club with such good value, customer service and quality products is very rare. Not to mention the facility standards of the dojo. As a black belt myself quality of where I train and develope is important and I beleive I am getting quality for my money all round.

I joined Kaizen in 2006 together with my husband and daughter and we all absolutely love it! The enthusiasm and dedication shown by the instructors and my fellow students creates a fantastic atmosphere both in and out of the dojo. The classes are always fun and provide superb martial arts training. The instructors are very knowledgeable and provide support and encouragement to each student to help them progress. I have increased my fitness levels whilst gaining a valuable skill. I definitely recommend giving KMAA a try.

Before my son enrolled at Kaizen Martial Arts Academy about 18 months ago we checked out some other classes in the area. We choose Kaizen Martial Arts Academy because of how well run their classes were and the friendly and welcoming ambience. My son enjoyed the free trial class and even though there was no pressure to enrol afterwards, we go back because of the excellent balance of fun and discipline the kids have when learning as both body and mind are engaged. Kaizen Martial Arts Academy has a wonderful program and is of international repute as evidenced by the number of tournaments students can participate in. My son who is only 6 can barely wait to go travelling to tournaments. I'm so glad we decided to join their school. Excellent, excellent. Five stars from me (and my son)! .

My son and I attend several weekly sessions at the Academy. The staff are committed and highly trained as you would expect in such a disciplined sport. The twist with Kaizen is the family atmosphere that encourages learning in friendly and fit for purpose surroundings. If you are choosing Martial arts - choose Kaizen.

I am 45 years old and was very apprehensive about starting Karate at my age, especially as I am not as fit as I once was. Sensei, fellow students and other staff welcomed me and put me so much at ease that I could relax and forget my trepidations. I am thoroughly enjoying my training and eagerly await each session. Sensei has gone out of his way to make me feel comfortable within my new environment. Thank you.

The friendly atmosphere and hard-working instructors help to ensure that every lesson experienced at Kaizen is a pleasure to be involved with. There is a good range of different activities which help to develop the fitness, agility, strength and focus of the students whilst maintaining an encouraging vibe from everyone involved which also builds up confidence and helps students to progress. The lessons are great value for money when taking into account all the beneficial factors gained from becoming a regular member of the club as the equipment, the people and standard of teaching are all excellent!

I joined the Kaizen Martial Arts Academy in January 2009 and since joining I have not looked back. Undertaking karate, I have found the experience both fulfilling and pleasurable. The principal instructor and staff are exceptionally good at what they do and are people of outstanding character. The family atmosphere that exists within the Kaizen Dojo makes each training session unique and leaves you wanting more. With the potential to go on and take part in competitions and seminars, there is plenty of scope to develop and I have always found plenty of encouragement and help when it has been needed. I would definitely recommend KMAA to anyone :-).

Since going to Kaizen Academy my Daughter has grown in confidence, she enjoys going to the class, My husband and I looked at a few Do jo's before picking this, we choose Kaizen because of the family atmosphere. I would recommend Kaizen to anyone.

Both my children attend kickboxing lessons at Kaizen and have achieved great success in their raised confidence and also their physical ability. They are both on red belts at present and will be grading again shortly. Whilst watching my children in their lessons I felt a welcoming environment, I then joined the adult karate lessons which have greatly improved my confidence. Everyone at Kaizen is friendly and welcoming and the instructors are professional and approachable. Attending lessons is not only part of my fitness programme but also my social life too.
