Andy and his small team have completely renovated our garden in just over 8 days (in a heatwave! ). He gave us exactly what we asked for and then some! His "can do" attitude and genuine enthusiasm to give us the best of what we asked for was so refreshing and he takes pleasure and pride in seeing how pleased we are with the results. He came when he said he would, did what he said he would and added his suggestions to make it even better! We would absolutely ask Andy again and the lads who work for him are polite and respectful. 5 stars all round, thoroughly recommend him. (Only seem to be able to add 1 photo so can't show the b4 and doesn't really do justice to all the work he's done! ).

Andy recently did our garage conversion. The price quoted was very good and the work was done in the timescale agreed and to a very high standard. Andy came up with some great ideas for the storage area which I love and he even reported a smell of gas from our meter which was promptly repaired by the gas engineer. He works neatly and with pride in his work. I will definitely be using K M O again.

After weighing up options regarding replacing some rotten decking we settled on having a raised lawn/patio area. Andy suggested a cost effective method of lifting the area using sleepers. I was completely blown away by both the quality of the work and the speed at which it was completed. I would highly recommend!

I have been happy with the all the work of the tradesmen I have selected Freeindex, but I've never met the PERFECT tradesman before! Andy is simply outstanding - value for money, speed, attention-to-detail, pride in his own work, attitude, perfectionism - Andy has it all! The best tradesman experience I've ever had by a country mile. I contracted him to rebuild a section of my garden wall, and I am absolutely delighted with the result. He demolished the damaged section then thoroughly prepared the foundation, digging out tough tree roots destabilising the wall, then did a great job rebuilding it. I was so pleased I tipped him an extra tenner for a few well-earned beers. I promise you won't be disappointed!

We asked for all our bushes to be taken out due to infestation of roadents and replaced with grass, KMO did an amazing and fast job that exceeded our expectations. We would highly reccomend no job too big or small they are professional, reliable and hardworking. Thanks again for a brilliant job!

Andy recently transformed our front garden. He rebuilt a wall, paved and laid an artificial lawn. He worked hard in the rain to get it finished quickly, for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him.

Andy recently did someone work in my bathroom. Fixed a leak, replaced my toilet cistern and re-sealed my bathroom! Which looks fantastic! Hes a really friendly and reliable guy, would highly recommend :-).

Andy built me a 6ft feather edge fence including gate all material used were top quality and the gate he built is solid. Really friendly guy and built everything to our needs nothing was too much for him. He even took away the fence in the price and on top of that took away all our old plants a pebbles free of charge. I will definitely Have no problem asking Andy if I need any more work donet in fact I have already asked him to quote me for some decking in the garden. Thank you.

Built a wall out of reclaimed railway sleepers and laid a path for me. Lovely friendly guys and good price. I highly recommend them.

Recently had my back fencing done by andy and what a brilliant job it was, reliable great value for money and a hard worker will defiantly use his services again.

Andy and his team at K. M. O Building Services built a dormer for uson a back to back in Leeds. Nothing was too much trouble Andy and the team. The starter the work mid December and finished 12 days later to ensure it was done by Christmas. Lots of long hours were works to make sure work was done. Payments were made as required rather than up front. With remaining amount due on completion. Would highly recommend R. K. O building services to everyone.

Andy replaced our old Decking, We found him and his workers hard working, pleasant, very friendly and efficient. They worked long hours outside, in the cold frosty weather of December starting work at 7. 30 in the morning and didn't finish till late, he and his workers made a great job of the new decking, we are very pleased with it,. Andy and his workers all have are a good work ethic which is sadly missing from a lot of workman these days. We have no hesitation in recommending Andy to anyone. We would certainly use him again in the future.

I had my kitchen fitted by Andy (k. M. O), what a fantastic job, very efficient, friendly down to earth guy, Andy had my kitchen fitted in two days, not only did he fit the kitchen he also did the plumbing, which was a bonus, myself and wife have the kitchen we've always wanted thanks to Andy, his work was that good, we've asked him to do the rest of the joinery in the house (skirting, doors, boxing in, second breakfast bar, tiling and architrave). Highly recommend, 100% happy, I'll recommend this guy all day long.

Andy did a Garage Conversion for me. He converted it into a kitchen diner, It looks amazing I have tried to upload pics but my phone is useless. He is so professional and doesn't undertake tasks he can't do, like moving the boiler he isn't registered so he brought someone in to do this and sign it off. I am over the moon with the work. And will be getting him in to landscape my garden next year.

Andy replaced 3 concrete fence posts which needed to be dug out. He did this by hand and then re-set the new posts very professionally, quickly and perfectly straight. We are very satisfied with the work done and without a doubt would recommend his services.

Full garden landscape with decking and gravel was requested, we got this along with 2 new gates and fence panels. All of this was done to a very high standard. Andy knows exactly what he's doing and totally committed to getting the job done. I would recommend him to anyone, we've got lots of projects to be done and we will definitely be using K. M. O building services. Great guy,great job.

K. M. O fitted the laminate flooring in our first home. Being first time buyers we weren't really sure who we would take on to do the work. A friend of mine recommended K. M. O so we called up to get a quote, they were so efficient and organised, come around the next day to view the space as we weren't sure how much we'd need to buy. With it being such an old property they noticed instantly that the floor wasn't level at all but made us feel assured and gave us plenty of solutions. They helped us choose suitable underlay and fitting the flooring was a doodle! They did a fantastic job, its so much better than I could have hoped especially with the unusual/tight corners and sloped floor. So happy with the level of standard received both in customer service and with the end result of our flooring. Would defiantly recommend to friends and will also use again.Moreexpand_more
