Karl was engaged to effect an electrical repair to the heated towel rail in bathroom. He invoiced and was paid for 2 hours work although he only did an 1. 5 hour work. After completion he said the repair was successful. I believed him and unfortunately I did not test this in his presence. However the rail is heated, only when the central heating is switched on. It does not work independent of the home central heating which is what he was engaged to fix. Despite my several attempts to resolve and seek his rework on the repair he has refused to make good his botched repair. I am making a formal complaint to Trading Standards and also posting this online review so that others are aware of his work capability and customer service ethos. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
