Kevin txt to let me know he was on the way, on time, friendly service, my carpets look like new ! They were badly stained, now look really nice.

Kevin cleaned my 92 year old mother’s carpets so well within a narrow timeline whilst she was out of the building. Sensitive issues were involved as my mother has dementia all of which Kevin took, very kindly, in his stride. He was on time and did a wonderful job, thank you. Kev arrived early after checking it was OK to do so. Very polite, explained what he would do and then got on with the job. We have a bungalow and all the carpets had become tired looking especially in heavy wear areas. After cleaning the change result was better than we had hoped. Even some subirn stains which we had tried to remove unsuccessfully had gone. Very pleased with both the service and the quality and I would have no hesitation in revommending the service.

Just had my loose fitted lounge carpet cleaned by Kev from KC and he has done a really good job. The carpet is beige and had over Christmas taken quite a battering. All marks have now been removed. I shall certainly be using this company going forward.

I found Kevin on the Internet and was impressed when he responded quickly to my email. He was polite and efficient and most important of all did a fab job of the carpets. Professional service with a smile. Would use him again and can highly recommend him.

We used freeindex to ask for quotes for giving a 4 bedroom house a thorough clean before we moved in as new owners. KC was not the cheapest but seemed to understand what was required and was fairly local. There was no complaint when they saw that it was a large-roomed listed building but got on with the job and in six hours had thoroughly cleaned cupboards, bathrooms, kitchen, staircase, skirting boards and floors etc. I know it made a difference to the way we felt about moving in to a clean house and will use them again when a further spring clean is needed.
