K+M specialises in transfers to Liverpool and Manchester Airports aiming to give a carefree start and end to the holiday. In addition, K+M also cater for business travel, group bookings and all those special occasions. K+M take pride in assuring that the trip is stress free and without delay or hassle.
K+M have a varied customer base ranging from single travellers, families to corporate clients. K+M can cater for up to 14 people per vehicle.
K+M is a family run business. All employees are liciensed and hold current CRB clearance, they aim to make the journey relaxing and enjoyable. All vehicles are well maintained, fully insured and have seat belts, to ensure that your trip is a safe one.
Would totally recommend this company we where picked upon time both ways for our holidays. Very good service indeed and so straight forward to book. Will be using these in the future. Fantastic company.
I should have written this earlier. We travelled as a family of 8 to Turkey las summer. The pickup was faultless with a very friendly driver. We had an 8 hour delay on the return journey at Alitalia Airport. (We should have left at 1900 arriving Manchester at 2300 approx). We didn't leave until 0300 the next morning all absolutely shattered. I was worried about the return pick up and phoned K& M upon arrival at Manchester They were Brilliant. They picked us up at the departure point within 15 minutes of clearing the airport. They were aware of the flight delay having tracked it online. I wouldn't use any one else.Moreexpand_more

My flight landed at 6:30am and I wasn't picked up by K&M Transfer services until 8:15am. What is most annoying to me about this is the excuses given by 'The boss'. First he said its not his fault the flight landed early, which is true, but it is their job to check when my flight comes in. He then said he had other passengers to drop off - I pay them to pick me up on time not when the next drop off is. Next excuse, which he probably thinks saved his skin was the crash on the motorway - why is this coming up conversations later and not in my first call? Then Keith, the owner asked me to check my voicemail which was unusually long at 4mins- first few seconds of the voicemail was him repeating the conversation we had just had then placed on hold - Then he comes back on and u can hear him moaning to his passengers I should have rang the office when I knew the flight was coming in early, what's he meant to say to me? Blah blah blah I have the message saved. He insisted I listen to it. Why? How can I call when in the air and who would even answer the phone as the office is closed at those times. When I asked why he would want me to listen to him slagging me off he denied he was talking about me. What a coincidence he has another customer in the same situation as me! He later admitted by email he was talking about me. Poor service, bad excuses. In the past he has been asleep and not answered the phone for ages when I want picking up, it's an absolute joke when you have been on a long journey and paid for a service not received. My driver told me to request a refund, which he now denies since I've been left waiting near 2 hours with my niece who was sleeping in the airport she was so tired, and to add insult to injury I was made to listen to the so called boss slag me off in my own answer phone. The owner has offered a £20 discount on my next transfer which is an insult since I obviously won't be using them again in the future.My reply:I asked for a refund on your drivers advice which you now say he denies. You don't mention why you were discussing my case with your passengers or why I have a voicemail of you laying the blame with me. You fail to mention the other excuses you gave edits you found out about the crash. You fail to mention your driver went a different route home to avoid the crash, it was for his benefit as much as mine. The driver couldn't believe how you handled the situation and said that you have left voicemails on his phone without realising where you are slating him too. Unprofessional in every sense. Why not hold your hands up and apologise? I would respect that. But I haven't even had a sorry. The company is not one I would recommend.Moreexpand_more
Response : Ms Sarmin asked for a full refund based on our pick up time on the way home. We do check flts to check landing times in this instance the plane was showing on the web site as being on time until it showed landed at 06:30 so we were not aware inadvance that the plane was going to be early, then on the way to the airport there was an accident on the M56 (this can be checked with the highways agency) I sent a full explanation to Nikki explaining how Airport transfer services operate , she did not want to accept my explanation. I have made a goodwill gesture and advised Nikki that if she wanted to she should contact the Liverpool city council taxi compliance and complaints department. I feel that under the circumstances we arrived in the best time that we could.The journey home for Nikki involved the driver diverting via the M60 (due to the accident) and the journey taking nearly twice the normal time ,i had hoped this would go some way to an understanding of the length of time it took to get to the airport. If we are aware of flight times being different to what we are told then we make arrangements to accommodate that time . If we dont know we cant do it. Finally and I say this only for clarity.Nikki was on a trans Atlantic flight that landed at 06:30 we arrived at 08:15 a wait of two hours. This means that she got off the plane cleared customs and picked up her bags 15 mins before the plane landed.Never the less I understand her disappointment.Moreexpand_more
We would recommend K&M transfer to anyone. This is the second time we have used them. We could listen to Keiths stories all day, great with the kids and an excellent service all round. Couldn't of asked for a better service. Dave and Lyndsey Kneale from the isle of man.

Ashamed I have waited so long to write! After 27 Years running a travel agency in Switzerland it is not often I find such a reliable partner! We had a transfer from Manchester to Liverpool as well as return Transfers to Gullivers World! K&M took great care of my families needs, were always pleasant and courteous, extremely punctual and I will constantly recommend them to clients. A Great Value for the money!
My wife and I used K+M recently to get to Manchester airport. 3. 30 am pick up was punctual getting us there stress free and with plenty of time to spare. Driver was courteous, polite and displayed a good standard of driving. Pick up from Manchester 9 days later was also punctual, with the same driver, again courteous and polite, and again, standard of driving was good. I believed the cost to be exceptionally good. I have recommended this company to all friends and family. Thanks.
We have previously always taken our car to the airport - no longer - we used K & M after recommendation and found the servise to be first class with both pick up and collection absolutely on time - all the hassle of parking a thing of the past - a very good start and end to our holiday.
This was the first time I had used this transfer service going to Manchester Airport. We were picked up on time by a very pleasant driver, Colin. Return journey went smoothly and we arrived home in the early hours of Saturday morning with another pleasant driver whose name I cant remember. I would certainly recommend this companyBrian.
We have used K&M too many times to remember now, and have always been pleased with the punctuality, friendliness and efficiency of the service. It means a lot when travelling to the airport to know that your driver will arrive on time, and with K&M that is one less worry. Equally, at the end of a long flight, you know that they will be waiting to take you home without fuss. I have recommended this company to friends and colleagues, and use them every time I travel.
We used k&m for the first time but the day we set off for manchester airport happened to be the morning the heavy snow hit the north west. The roads were treacherous but our driver colin arrived on time and drove us to manchester safely despite the motorways being blanketed in snow. On our return a week later our driver was waiting in arrivals and offered to carry luggage for us. We normally use another company in Liverpool but from now on will only use k&m and will allways recommend them to friends and family.
Our thanks to K&M for 'the extra mile' service given when we recently missed our flight home from holiday. Despite the potential inconvenience they remained pleasant and accommodating, meeting our eventual arrival as subsequently arranged. Thank you to all concerned.
We have used K&M for airport transfers from Liverpool to Manchester for many years. We have always received first class service, and I have recommended their services to family and friends without hesitation. Returning from my most recent holiday on Saturday 3rd October, K&M were waiting for us as promised despite a flight delay of over 3 hours. Always friendly and reliable, they set standards of service that many firms would do well to emulate.
Used this service for the first time and found it to be very good. Everything was as agreed and our driver was courteous and helpful. Would definitely use K & M Transfer Services again.
Thank you K + M for making my travel to and from Manchester Airport a pleasurable experience. The driver arrived early on our outward journey and was also there when we arrived back, waiting for us and the said pick up point - despite our flight being delayed.
