After a very few stressful years I had felt lost and down which manifesred in confidence and identity issues. However after attending sessions with julie and working through and chatting about issues I feel a lot more confident and it has opened my mind on how to see and view life through meditation and self hypnosis. Julie is an excellent teacher and has guided me through the various meditation techniques. I can highly recommend julie as she is passionate and highly qualified in her field and her method of teaching is truely insperational. As a client I will be seeking her guidence well into the future.
I wasn't quite sure what to expect from this group, though am now so so glad I attended the mindfulness sessions. Julie is an excellent coach, who oozes passion and knowledge about mindfulness, which proves a very enjoyable learning experience. I have always enjoyed guided meditation and Julie's classes include a wonderfully relaxing meditation. The class also includes thought provoking sessions which help to put the stresses and strains we all have into perspective. I can't recommend Julie Phillips highly enough she has certainly helped me face life in a much calmer positive way.

I was introduced to Julie and Mindfulness by my daughter. For the sake of my daughter's sanity and mine I decided to request one or two sessions with Julie. The one or two sessions turned into be more, which I think in itself speaks volumes. Julie with mindfulness has introduced to me a life changing experience and shown me how I can just 'be' and consequently I am a much happier, less troubled being. It's not always easy and sometimes I find myself slipping but now that I am more aware of being mindful it's amazing how those times are so much shorter. This has been a defining moment within my life, without Julie I don't belive I could have broken out of my own head and taken action, putting myself out into the world and developing into the person I was always meant to be.
I found Julie at the beginning of 2015 after 2 very stressful years that had impacted on me physically, mentally and emotionally. Her unique way of blending hypno with meditation and mindfulness helped me find my own way to recover and rebalance myself again. Have recommended her to many people already and will continue to do so!
Fabulous class fabulous teacher. Taking this class has helped me learn to control my temper and also helped me deal with an emotional problem and work related stress.
The mindfulness classes I have attended with Julie Phillips are amazing. They have helped me relax and stay calm. They have helped me learn not to let things get on top of me as its only 'stuff'. I would reccomend anyone to give this a try. Its a life saver.
I have been seeing Julie for a year, and an honestly say she has changed my life, not only am I 2. 5 stone lighter but my outlook on life has changed and she has helped me deal with stressful events during my divorce and helped me come to terms with an ongoing illness.
