Hi I am Julia, a BACP qualified and registered counsellor based in Eccleshall, Staffordshire.
I work with couples and individuals with a range of issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement and Loss and relationship problems.
I offer face-to-face and online sessions from my safe and confidential therapy room.
As an integrated counsellor I offer talking therapies and C. B. T.

I work with couples and individuals who are experiencing problems and difficulties with their relationships.
This might include personal / intimate relationships, friendships, family or work colleagues.

I also work with the bereaved to come to terms with their grief and loss of a loved one, a pet, loss of a job or redundancy to make sense of their feelings and emotions, and to find a way forward with life.

I hold a university professional diploma in psychotherapeutic counselling and levels 1-3 in counselling skills and theory (ncfe).
I have previously been a volunteer for 'Homestart UK' helping families experiencing difficulties with young children and I now work alongside Resolv a substance abuse charity as well as volunteering for Staffordshire Bereavement and Loss service.
My passion is trying to help people overcome their problems and find a better more hopeful way forward with their lives.
