Christian Life Coach Judith Martins I mentor and guides people to realise their God given abilities through my personal experiences.

Through the direction of coaches and mentors I have learned to say the truth as it is and not to sugar coat it and not to be a people pleaser. My approach is unique and tailored to your needs. Am not a Life Coach who tells you only what you want to hear but my approach is based on lasting principles and taking accountability. There will be hard truths to accept but I will help you to overcome them through setting goals and holding you accountable in building better habits.

Judith Martins Christian Life coach my mission is to build you up and make you more confident in life so that you can enjoy life! When working with Christians I ask for the Spirit of the Lord to guide us throughout our session. I work with non Christians as well. When going through somethings in life it helps a lot to be able to talk to someone about it. Counselling can help to not go through what you are going through alone. It can be a relief to talk about it.
