Very good service from jsl job well done would use this company again very helpfull and explained everything to you in good detail about the work that needed done prior to doing the job fitted a new shower and fixed toilet thanks jim .

I called in JSL Plumbing Services to resolve a leak behind my cistern. They arrived on time, explained the costs before doing any work, took care of the problem and left the job neat and tidy. I would have no hesitation in using JSL Plumbing Services again for future plumbing jobs or recommending them.

Recently we had JSL repair broken sewage pipe and remove all sewage which had leaked over a period of 8 weeks when we had 3 plumbers out but problem not diagnosed. Not a pleasant job. However Jim and Gary were professional and positive throughout the process. They allayed all my fears, calmed my anxieties and their communication was great. Their price was reasonable and they even tried to make the work cheaper along the way by taking a different approach. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Honest and gentlemanly- a rarity in today's business world.

Jim and his team stripped out a wet room and refitted as new. Not only did they do a superb job they also remedied problems that previous builders had left us with. Can't speak highly enough about the professionalism, cleanliness, and value for money. Will no doubt be using this company again.

Gary arrived at the time stated. He sorted out a problem which other plumbers had failed to solve. The work area was cramped and difficult but he persevered. Very grateful and this ompany will be my first port of call in the future.

Gary arrived at the time specified. He promptly sorted a leaking attic water tank while working in cramped conditions. He spent time explaining the pipe rerouting that was required and cleared up when the work was completed. I would have no problem using JSL Plumbing in the future.

Excellent work. The new shower was fitted carefully and methodically and I was very impressed with Andy's care and attention to detail.

Jim and his team went above and beyond to help fix my drainage problem. They came the same day I called and got it cleared so that I could use my kitchen but came back the next day to investigate further only to discover a very serious problem under my driveway which if they hadn't found would of caused serious damage in the future. From first contact to completion of the work to replace a leaking shower mixer valve we received exceptional service from JSL plumbing. The problem with the shower was not as straightforward as it first appeared but both Jim and Gary persevered, considered and consulted with us to ensure that a new shower was installed with minimum disruption to the original bathroom. Delighted with the quality and timescale of the works undertaken. It was a pleasure dealing with such courteous and skilled workmen. I would not hesitate to contact JSL plumbing again with any plumbing issues and have already recommended them to friends.

Updated bathroom and had Sure Stop fitted excellent value good workmanship and tidy and clean workers.

We had a toilet problem. JSL were the 3rd company we tried, but by far the best! Gary came in asked about problem, he said sounds like a slipped seal. He disconnected toilet and it was, as he said, a slipped seal. Problem fixed within the hour! Will certainly make JSL our 1st choice in future and would happily recommend them.

I contacted Jim from JSL with an emergency call out. Having come back from holiday to find I had a leak going into the downstairs flat. Living in Greenock requiring work in Glasgow, meant I had to rely on reports and first impressions of individuals. I had contacted JSL and got a no answer, imagine my surprise when my call was returned and a very extensive discussion ensued. I then decided to meet Jim and have the job evaluated, this we done, with Jim punctually arriving, took plenty of time to assess job and we agreed a price, with me supplying tiles and fittings. At this point Jim advised that some of my selections would not operate as they required a level of water pressure not available in my flat, he also recommended suppliers who would, in the event of mis-selection by me, would replace or swop unlike some suppliers, who after comparison were not the bargain they seemed but with a NO returns policy. This was very encouraging, plus upon returning home I received a written quotation outlining scope of work per our discussion plus terms of payment. Job commenced as planned, and, as in all projects hit a few snags, not of Jim's making, as walls were irregular and necessitated extra tiling and preparation, carried out by his Foreman Andy, who rectified with patience over a long period, despite the frustration. Communication, primarily with my resident daughter, was excellent, to the extent we provided them with keys to ensure there was no delay re entry etc. So:#Good Communication by phone and E mail. #Professionally prepared quote, honoured with no surprises. #Excellent advice re Taps/Pressure etc. #Good supplier recommendations. #Known to suppliers, and well quoted. #Gave confidence level to customer with a " Can do " attitude. # All debris removed. As a property maintenance company specialising in residential letting we outsource our more complicated drainage issues to JSL and are always happy with the results. As lettings is a very reactive business it is important that we are able to react quickly for our customers in and out of hours and JSL always work with us to achieve this. JSL are always friendly and happy to fully explain to us and our customers what issues are and provide the best/most cost effective solutions.

A refurbished bathroom facility was asked for and the result met all our expectations and more. We would not hesitate in using this highly skilled, professional team again.

Repairs to bathroom cisterns carried out quickly and competently on two separate occasions (two different bathrooms). Plumbers arrived on time, were polite and knowledgable, and clear about the cost before starting. Would recommend this firm.

I first used JSL Plumbing Services in my business. They had been recommended to me by a business contact when needed a couple of small repairs done to the bathrooms in my spa. Both jobs were dealt with promptly and with no disruption to the business. I then used them in my home for small repairs to our kitchen and bathroom sinks. The guy who carried out the work did a great job. He completed the repairs quickly and even resealed both sinks and our bath for no extra charge. The main reason I would recommend JSL is because other plumbers had advised me that the job in my spa was "too small" to warrant taking on. JSL did not charge me a fortune for a call out or for the jobs themselves and did all the work quickly and professionally.
