I was highly satisfied with the purchase and installation of a new oven. In May there was no availability but JPL Designs placed an order anyway, for which I was grateful. JPL Designs refurbished my kitchen when I first moved in 2 decades ago and have continued to be very helpful. I can strongly recommend this business.

From our first contact with JPL Designs Ltd, Jean Paul was extremely helpful and professional. Jean Paul provided helpful guidance and suggestions without a hard sell approach. The timescale given for completion was accurate, the kitchen fitters did an excellent job and were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout. Jean Paul made a final visit to make sure we were completely satisfied. The quality of the kitchen is first class and overall, we are extremely happy with the standard of work and the service we received.

JPL replaced the kitchen work tops, glass splash back and cooker hood which has given the kitchen a lovely fresh Spring look, the work was carried out professionally and efficiently. The quote at the start is what you pay there are no hidden surprises. This is a company I would fully recommend without hesitation.

Before I had a new kitchen the original was very small. With the help from Jean Paul from JPL, my kitchen now has more space and looks incredibly modern. I have also had fitted wardrobes and they are amazing quality. I am really pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend JPL designs. Good value for money.

From the moment we walked into the showroom the service we received was outstanding, the quote was well presented with no hidden extras. Jean Paul kept us updated throughout, we made numerous changes to the original design but nothing was a problem or too much trouble. It's very rare that I'll ever give a 5* for a review, I expect what I pay for, so to get a 5 would normally require buying me beer. On this occasion I'm happy to give 5* because the whole experience of dealing with JPL has been a pleasure from start to finish. From the initial consultation with Jean Paul in an evening to discuss requirements, a visit to the 'factory' to finalise the design and see the workshop, booking the fitting and the fitting team doing the installation, everything was seamless. Everything turned up on time, the lads were polite, industrious and knowledgeable and fitted our two triple wardrobes in a day, including fitting coving to the ceiling/front of the wardrobes to match the room. And cleared up after themselves so that you wouldn't know they'd been (apart from the new wardrobes of course).

Thank you to Jean Paul and his team for a superb job of installing our new bedroom. From our initial approach, product choice, design, manufacture and installation to final completion it has been orchestrated and installed excellently to the highest standard, nothing was a problem, The lads have been a credit to the name on their van.
