Jordans Fireworks

I benchmarked a wide basket of the best fireworks at a may internet retailers. Jordan's won hands down on price and also availability of the best products. The guy's a gent to deal with too.

Ordered some great value fireworks, some they had were the same as Tesco but £40 cheaper, I called and received really good customer service and fast delivery once I ordered.

I have ordered on line before and all went smoothly. For a large order recently I called in advance to get some guidance on choices, all of which were excellent. The only minor issue was with a couple of the rockets (Supremacy I think) which needed some repair work prior to use.

The fireworks we received were excellent. Will be ordering again in the future.

Used to deal with another online supplier, but they stopped carrying a firework called Nuclear Demolition which wanted. I contacted them and rang to see if they could get it but no response whatsoever. I found Jordans who stocked it, the transaction went smooth and everything delivered on time. I can thoroughly recommend Jordans Fireworks. From ordering through to delivery, their service is first class. Often, you only really find out how good a company is when something goes wrong and they have to put things right. Last New Year one large barrage I purchased failed to fire all the way through. Happily, the fact that it was one of several barrages used in the display meant that the failure didn't spoil things for my guests. When I sent a photo of the part fired barrage to Jordans, I received an instant apology and a full refund. They also discounted my next purchase. There was no arguing, no quibbling and no delay. Now you cannot be fairer than that can you!

I have used Jordan’s for several years now and have always found them to be an excellent company to deal with. When putting together a display, accurate information about the firework is strategic and this is an area where Jordan’s surpass many other suppliers. Not just on-line videos, but the ability to speak with someone and get an honest opinion on such issues as speed, height, noise and colour. This year’s additional delivery option saved me an 90 mile round collection trip and was a relief as it always comes at a very busy time. Nevertheless, I did miss my visit to the shop in Leamington Spa and a long chat with David. Keep up the good work Jordan’s, you source some fireworks that are unusual and make a display exceptional.

The fireworks arrived in good time and in perfect condition and at the right price to allow us to have a spectacular display for leass than £100 - truly great value. The customer service folk were also really helpful in helping us select the right products to ensure that our display has been the talk of the area.

Being a newbie to the world of pyrotechnics I was a bit bewildered by the enormous choice of fireworks available! I was determined to have a fanfare of fireworks at my wedding but didn't want to pay out the huge cost for a 'wedding' fireworks display but was sure I could manage something myself? ! So I phoned Jordan's for some advice and received a very enthusiastic and informative response. I was recommended two 'single ignition' displays, Hercules and triumphant to set off 60 seconds apart and given all advise I needed to carry it out safely myself. And how right he was! Easy peesy and a fantastic display topped off my perfect wedding :-) thank you thank you thank you! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jordan's time and again!

Very impressed. I purchased from Jordans on 2 occasions and had them delivered. Each time I've had a telephone call prior to delivery, confirming delivery day, together with an alternative delivery if away. Fireworks are well packed with detailed instructions. Delivery was made the following day. All fireworks ignited well and performed as described. Would definately use again.

Only placed a small order with them but customer service was absolutely first rate and the prices were much better than others I’d found. Shortly after receiving confirmation of the order, a named individual got in touch to arrange a convenient time for delivery. Helpful advice was given too. There was a slight glitch when a catherine wheel didn't arrive as planned but I have no reason to suspect foul play. The matter was investigated and swiftly resolved whilst keeping me informed throughout. The items were well packed and worked superbly. Most notably, the wheel didn't stick! Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Ordered June 2014.

If you can collect the fireworks from Jordans then the price is very reasonable; the courier makes it more expensive. Jordans Fireworks staff make you feel important, they listen and they respond quickly and effectively. The quality of their fireworks is excellent, and the single ignition multi-shot boxes are safe and simple to light and exciting to watch.

I have been using Jordan's for many years. Their service is absolutely brilliant. Last year, when time was short for an event I was hosting, they drove down with my fireworks directly! Amazing. Perfect service with a smile! Rare these days. Simon Canham.
