I bought my Triumph America from Jordan Bikes in April 2021. As I live in South East England I was unable to visit the showroom or perform a test ride…. But…. I was provided with a walk around video and so proceeded with the purchase and trade in of my existing motorcycle. The care and follow up delivered by Dylan was exceptional and I am very happy with both the purchasing process and overall transaction. Highly recommended.
Wow - cannot recommend these guys enough. Bike advertisement was clear and concise and accompanied by a video which was great, made everything very clear. Excellent communications with Joe from start to finish. I was hesitant at first buying a bike sight unseen but when it arrived I was over the moon, exactly as described and in mint condition. If you see a bike on Jordon's website and fancy it then don't hesitate, you will not be disappointed.
The first time I went to Jordans was to get my tracer 700 remapped to get the fuelling sorted they did a really good job on that it ran so much better after the remap. So a few months later I traded in my tracer 700 for an mt09 street rally. When I purchased it I was in turkey on holiday so I didn't see the bike but they said is was in great condition etc, when I picked up the bike it was as they had described, I had a few teething issues which they sorted out for me. But when I purchased the bike it had an akropovic on it and they said it had not been mapped so I asked them to do it which they did. The teething issues where the bike would not start at times but when Jordans looked at it they could not find an issue with the bike, until one time we noticed it was not starting but the red immobiliser light was still on and it turned out to be the key, it didn't seem to be working properly and with some research (google)that the keys can be damaged when near magnets etc so Jordans where correct there was nothing wrong with the bike it was the key and this could have been it due to being in my pocket next to my torch which has a real powerful magnet on the bottom of it. I also had an oil light coming on but when it was checked it always seemed to have the right amount of oil in the bike it had a flush and it was cured and never did it again. But if you read the mt09 forums this is an issue quite a few mt09 owners get from time to time and resolve just as quick. I had the bike for a year and it was faultless as they promised me the mt09 would be, but after a year of the bike trying to kill me ? I decided to down grade to something a little bit more gentle for a rider with no skills and rides with the throttle either fully closed or fully open, so I have just purchased a brand new tracer 700. I did mean to put a review on earlier as I purchased the mt09 from Jordans over a year ago but to be honest with the covid etc I had totally forgot until tonight when I was looking at my bike pics. And after all this time and a lot of experience with other bike dealers and garages Jordans was one that has stuck in my mind to be very helpful and to deliver what they have promised. Its a shame I have a new tracer or I wouldn't hesitate to take it up for a remap and akropovic but I think I have to wait until the warranty has run out. If you are thinking of either buying a bike or taking yours for a remap to get the fuelling sorted I would defiantly recommend you take it to Leeds as you will not be disappointed.Moreexpand_more
After dealing with Jordan bikes for a number of years I can Highley recommend them. I have purchased and sold several bikes from Jordan bikes and any worries I had where sorted out quickly and efficiently. The staff are genuinely helpful, supportive and enthusiastic. The shop has a great atmosphere and you are made to feel welcome. They have a good variety of quality bikes of a variety of sizes and prices to meet most peoples needs. Thank you Jordan bikes Stu.
Just bought a XJR from Jorden bikes Leeds, what a great place all the bikes in there look in good condition, was met by Joe Crossley on my arrival who was great. No messing about just got on with showing round the XJR and valueing my FZ6 in part exchange. Gave me a good price for my bike and sorted my tax and registration out there and then all I had to do was fill up and ride. Not done a lot of milage on new bike yet but it feels fine and runs well, very satisfied. The staff at Jorden are bikers so i, m sure you won, t get ripped off there. Thanks Joe for all your help will recomend Jorden Bikes. Slipped up not taking the battery charger offer though.
Had the ECU on my MT09 flashed today by Jordan Bikes. Great service, great staff ( especially Nicky) free brews and 6 extra prancing ponies! Can't give a full review on the bike work yet due to riding home in awful weather but feels fantastic so far. Can't praise them enough. Bit scary listening to someone else rag the taters off your baby on a dyno, but well worth it. Thanks guys and gals. Phil Grimshaw.
Recently bought a BMW r1200gs off the lads here. Saw the pics on the net and done a deal with Nick and Dillon on the phone. Took a chance on taking the lads at their word about how clean and straight the bike was as I had to book a flight from Belfast to get to see it! Turned up at the dealers for opening at 8-30am. I was delighted to see the bike was as described…really tidy. The deal was tied up over a welcome cup of coffee and after signing off the paperwork Dillon gave me a thorough familiarisation with the bike and its controls, never having ridden a gs before this was greatly appreciated. Dillon even sorted out the road tax and ferry booking for me before I set of on my 250 mile run to Cairnryan. Thanks for the scenic route advice Nick! The bike ran sweet as a nut and the whole experience was most pleasant. Thanks for everything folks, I'd definitely recommend Jordan's based on my experience.Moreexpand_more
