We wanted a suite and a fridge taken from our house to someone else's and he arrived exactly when he said he would, worked quickly and effectively getting the the stuff in and out of his lorry - he just got on with the job. He was also very upfront about the cost and the length of time the job would take, and the stuff was transported carefully and was pristine when it arrived at its destination.
