John O'Flynn coaching is a small business offering business and executive coaching services to clients throughout the Midlands and nationally. The company, which is located in Loughborough, originally started out in 2008 although John has many years experience in Coaching.

Experience comes from a consultancy, blue chip and major financial institution environment.

An engineering background: a wealth of project management experience enabling a time bound objective and planned approach, and relationship management skills all brought together to provide a people orientated approach.

Business coaching is incredibly rewarding seeing people develop, change, improve and achieve what they need and want.

Qualifications include a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching, BA (Hons) in Business studies, HNC and HND (certificate of performance) in Engineering and studying towards NLP practitioner

Member's of the Association for Project Management (MAPM) and the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET).

The business provides executives and businesses with a professional coaching service and ongoing support and has a flexible approach to delivery to ensure the service is tailored to the client's needs. The expert coach helps clients acheive better results and changes quicker. The service is designed to be cost effective every time.

The company is managed by John O'Flynn who has been focusing on the business coaching market since 2008. Having previously worked for a number of consultancies, major financial institution and manufacturing organisations, John O'Flynn is more than able to look after the company.
