As a personal trainer, I am dedicated to helping you, no matter what your current state of health and fitness levels. Through carefully planned exercise programmes, you will greatly improve your physical condition, and benefit from the many positive health and social consequences that often result.
Having always been a participant in recreational sport, my naturally scientific and inquisitive mind led me to studying for, and earning a degree in Sport Science. Through hard graft, chance meetings and lots more study, I have since found myself instructing scuba diving on The Great Barrier Reef, and running various companies for other people, amongst many other things.
A series of knee injuries finally put an end to 30 years of playing rugby and resulted in surgery in June 2015. By this time I had built up a high level of cardiovascular fitness and, with a great (but very simple) nutrition plan, managed to lose over 15kg (almost 2 1/2 stone). Importantly, I have also managed to maintain the new weight!
Around the time of the knee surgery, I was also re-evaluating what I wanted to do with my future, and decided it was time to combine the management experience with my background in sport and exercise to help make a difference, and support and empower people like you reach your health and fitness goals.
