I had lost the keys to my bicycle roof rack, so phoned this business, was given an appointment, I arrived didn't have to wait and within fifteen minutes had a new set of keys and a rack that could be used. It was a very good service by someone who knows his job and and works in a very clean, ordered and tidy environment which gives one confidence in them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Brill bloke went 2 his unit 4 a new key fob ? 145, quoted £350, an,£300 timpsons. My car was detecting a key we av mted my car looked, so he had a look an found it he cld of just charged me 4 a new key but he wldnt take any money. I tried 2 give him a tena said no.

What can I say…What a top bloke! My car key hadn't worked for almost a year, it wouldn't lock the car, had taken to a few places but no joy and was told to take it to the toyota main dealer. Jock the Lock came highly recommended and I was there less than half an hour and although the internal unit was in a bit of state, its now working like a dream and I was charged next to nothing. Im extremely chuffed! Very nice and knowledgeable guy and I would highly recommend him to all!

On holiday at a Caravan Site we had a mishap with our keys on arrival at reception miraculously we found Jock within a few minutes he sorted us out. He refused to take any money. What a wonderful man!

Bought a second car and only came with one remote key. Called Jock the lock and on saturday morning he cut and programmed me a spare remote key at a very good price. I cannot fault the man and his excellent efficient service. Would recomend his services anytime. Thankyou jock.

Just used jock the lock, what a lovely man. He gave in price straight away on the phone that included call out, he was here in 15 minutes, very friendly and clear about what needed doing and quick too.
