Email was refusing to SEND and I had a couple of really urgent messages to see on their way. Momentary panic…Then I recalled Jason of JM IT Services. One quick phone call to him…And he was on the case. Working remotely from his home he solved my problem in a matter of minutes. I am so very grateful. Perhaps I should add to the above by mentioning how kind, patient and well mannered this young man in. Any ideas as to how I can mess my PC up ? I'd like an excuse to get Jason to work again - it is such a pleasure to deal with him. Highly recommended as you have probably already gathered!

I had a printing problem from my PC. Jason immediately, over the phone, was able to see the reason and remotely rectified it. To offer this type of service is exemplary. Will highly recommend JM IT Services to others.

My system was full - slow and outdated within minutes of contacting jm the issues were identified - within days a new system was built - within minutes of receiving it I was using it. All I can suggest is that if you have an it issue - start here.

I had an issue with my Laptop recently making it unusable. I checked out local Computer services advertised in a magazine and came across JM IT SERVICES. I read the customer reviews and decided to call Jason as a result. I can honestly say the service provided was first class, the issue was quickly diagnosed and the problem fixed within a day. My computer was also running very slowly and this was also addressed. If I have any IT issues in the future I will definitely call Jason for assistance.

Top quality service for a very reasonable price! With the panic of losing files (mainly pictures and videos of my children! ) from a faulty hard drive in my laptop (due to being dropped), Jason was quick and reassuring in telling me whether the files could be saved! He managed to retrieve and save my files onto an external hard drive. Very reasonable price charged for saving such precious memories! Thank you Jason. Definitely recommend, and will use again!
