Formed in August 2021 I not only provide traditional ongoing accountancy and tax services for a variety of clients, but also provide one off ad-hoc services. My client base is varied, but the majority of clients are property landlords - from single owners with just one property through to property partnerships and Limited Companies holding over extensive property portfolios.

I can assist with corporation tax, personal tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax.

As a Chartered Tax Adviser I am member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.

Completion and submission of UK Tax Returns are usually charged at a fixed fee of £150 - additional charges may apply if share pool calculations are required or your Return is more complex. Returns are usually sent for approval within 24 hours of receipt of all information.

I also prepare capital gains tax calculations. I offer a fixed fee of £250 for the filing of a Capital Gains Tax Return on the sale of a UK Residential Property.
