JK School of Dance is a Leicestershire based, professional dance school. It holds dance classes in Loughborough, aimed at children from 3 years through to adults, both boys and girls; of all abilities. Classes contain no more than 25 pupils at a time and classes include: Ballet, Tap Dancing, Theatre, Acrobatic, Contemporary and Street Dance.

All of the instructors are fully CRB checked and the school is a member of the DDA (Dance and Drama Academy). Being a member of the DDA allows the school to offer recognised dance accreditations through optional exams and medals.

With a well equipped dance hall and fully qualified/DBS checked staff, the company is able to offer a professional and fun set of dance classes to children and adults. The classes are designed to be fun, structured, helping pupils of all ages to gain confidence and improve their dance abilities.

With a staff body of 4 experienced dance instructors, JK School of Dance has a growing team, of energetic and highly skilled professionals (most of which are educated to a degree level).

JK School of Dance has an expanding set of pupils, based around Loughborough.

The dance school is owned by Joanna Platt who has been working in the dance and teaching industry since her teens. Joanna works with students and children Loughborough College on a day-to-day basis, so is more than experienced enough handling young minds to teach at the school.
