Jerry Can Spirits is a craft spirits company founded by two Royal Corps of Signals veterans. After more than 17 years in the British Army, we decided to make the kind of spirits we actually wanted. No shortcuts, no gimmicks.
Expedition Spiced is made in small batches in the UK. We use a Caribbean base and our own unique blend of spices and botanicals. Our first run of 700 bottles for general release. The result is smooth vanilla and caramel notes with warming spices and a clean oak finish.

Our flagship product is Expedition Spiced Rum, a 40% ABV spiced rum that balances Caribbean rum with British craftsmanship. Pot-distilled in small batches, it delivers vanilla and caramel upfront, warm cinnamon and nutmeg through the middle, and a smooth oak finish.

We spent over 12 years in the Royal Corps of Signals, serving everywhere from Arctic Norway to the Middle East. After leaving the forces, we wanted to build something with the same values we'd learned. Do the job properly. Look after your mates. Don't cut corners.
