Jon produced a high end gaming PC to fill my requirements which was delivered on time and budget, personally installed and all features demonstrated and explained. I was kept in touch with progress as the PC was produced and would recommend this business for Jons's professionalism and commitment to customer service.

I wanted a machine to run Autocad and Revit. John was brilliant. He gave me many options and a good selection of price ranges. He built me a machine within a week which was within my budget and kept me informed of the process. He also delivered and installed the machine. If you are wanting a top quality PC and I would recommend getting one spec'd and built by Jeli computers……you get a lot more for your money than buying you would buying an already made PC.

Went to jeli computers to sort my gaming computer out as I had put new parts in which were wrong and too big for the casing. John came to help he was patient helpful and explained everything in full detail what would make it run more efficent and would not over heat. Fantastic results thanks for everything john you have been fantastic would really recommend.

Contacted Jeli PC 10. 30am. John Visited my home 12. 15pm and quickly diagnosed the problems, Windows 8/viruses. He took the computer after copying several files/photos, installed Windows 7 and returned it the next morning. I later had a problem with the printer and John attended the same day and without extra charge rectified the problem. He also gave good sound advice on security and wireless routers which I have added to my system. First class service and would certainly use Jeli PC again and recommend their services. Trevor Smith.

Two part review as I have dealt with Jeli twice now. PC Repairs - Fantastic service, I always dread PC repairs because I seem to lose the box for 2-3 weeks minimum - with Jeli I called them on a Friday, Jon collected my box on Saturday, diagnosed and repaired it on Sunday then returned it to me better than ever on Monday. Extremely good value for such skilled people too. PC Upgrades - I have now also had Jon upgrade my old PC and I could not be happier, I had a rough idea of the parts I wanted but he helped me pick alternatives that would give me more power for the same money and even helped me pick a new case which is much smaller, quieter and better looking. Once again I cannot mention the speed of service enough, for my upgrade I had contacted Jon on Thursday, he picked up my PC Friday, made special trips to get all of the parts I wanted and still managed to get it back to me by Monday in excellent condition (Offered Sunday but I was busy) the PC is overclocked to maximise every component and even just looking through the window on the side you can see a great deal of care and thought was put into the building of it (No wires to be seen, fans moved to maximise airflow etc). Finally Jon took the time to show me all of the overclocking and tweaks he made and how I can correctly change things myself. Thanks again Jon, I'm definitely a customer for life.

We needed a new computer and didn't want to go to PC world so we looked on the net and found jelicomputers. We phoned them and they asked us what we required and advised us on what options we had and what they would recommend. Once we had decided and agreed the computer was here within 2 days delivered by parcelforce. It is a great computer, large memory with some added extras and great value for money compared to a similar priced computer from pc world. Totally tailor made for us and fast too. I'm pleased to say that we have no regrets at all and we're very happy with our new computer. Nice and solid, not at all wobbly.
