Jeff Bowen Awnings

Jeff is absolutely outstanding! Our zips on 2 sides went on our awning leaving us no alternative but to purchase a new one. We knew it was a long shot as 6-8 week wait and we needed one there and then! Jeff went above and beyond to find one that we managed to get within a couple of days. Had a bit of trouble with the delivery and ended up having to collect but that was no fault on Jeff's part. Lovely man and his wife is too!

The mans an idiot price on line doesnt match what he personally quotes and then makes excuses he is looked at wrong item go else where better service.

I purchased a new Walker Fusion 240 awning in July 2018. The purchase experience was excellent and the seller could not be more accommodating. However, when the awning arrived at the camp site as requested, there were parts missing but we were able to use the awning. It took until October for the missing parts to be sent! The awning leaked and continues to leak along the roof line. Bowens originally told me the stitching thread needs to get wet to expand and this would cure it. When the leaks continued, Bowens told me the leak is the fault of our new caravan. And refused any further assistance. In summer 2019, I informed then of failed stitching sending pictures to illustrate the issue. I have had no follow up. The after sales service from this company is awful. I had a problem with an awning I purchased from them. However Yvonne and Jeff responded well in an effort to solve it. A company can generally be judged on how well they respond to complaints/problems and Bowen passed that test admirably. Their communication was excellent.

Ordered from here as price best on net, however price went up to same as every one else when order placed. Thought they had awning ias stock but they rung camp tech to verify stock and then had them deliver awning. Slight botch due to ? New guy in office and had to call to verify when awning would be delivered as wasted half a day on original delivery date. Did get awning the next morning but had to arrange for someone to be in for another day. Awning is what I expected and I am pleased with the service to put error right Every one deserves a second chance and would use again.

We ordered our awning from Jeff Bowen after having looked at all other awnings available for seasonal use. We couldn't have been more pleased after erecting it as the quality and finish of the awning was second to non. We bought this awning on recommendation of Jeff and he was totally right in that this awning is comparable to any other awning available including those that cost considerable more. The service was also exceptional having had it delivered by Walker straight from their factory. Would highly recommend their awnings.

We purchased a Pyramid Awning and the quality of the awning is exceptional for the price. Delivery to France only took 2 days and this is quicker than normal post.

Very good service where others have failed!

Company very helpful and polite when placing an order, a completely different scenario if there is a problem, I purchased a walker esprit full awning, quality was dreadful, despite the company saying there were no problems with it - zips were faulty, baggy roof - definitely not the quality expected, awning was returned, took over a week for them to check the item, I was told I was not their priority, they would ring me when they had time, fortunately I had the time to be a nuisance and kept calling until I got a positive answer and was eventually refunded the full amount less carriage - I will never use this company again - buyers beware.

Paid for an awning 3 weeks ago. Still not received. Every time I call to chase it, im told more lies and told its not their problem and to contact manufacturer. Bowen took my money, no one else took it.

I bought a Walker awning but had to phone Jeff Bowen to ask if they could delay posting the Awning as I was heading away, once home I phoned Jeff to let them know I was home where he informed me that due to my post code (AB northeast Sotland) he was having a problem getting it sent as the carrier he used could not deliver to my area but to leave it with him, a phone call a email and Jeff had pulled out all the stops glad to say I have my awning. To Jeff and his staff I have nothing but good things to say a lovely friendly company and a joy to deal with.

Very happy with my purchase of Camtech Savanna awning. Recently erected, appears to be of excellent quality at a reasonable price. Second purchase from Jeff Bowen awnings, very happy with service and value for money.

We contacted Jeff Bowen Awnings when we bought our first awning and had no hesitation returning to them when the time came to replace it recently. Their customer care has been second to none - would highly recommend, some of the best customer service we've received anywhere. And great products too!

Jeff Bowen Awnings, are indeed a very good company to deal with, I was given good advice, they checked that the awning I ordered was the correct one for my caravan, and was very good value for money, the delivery came on the day promised, and after inspection, every part was there, and the quality was far above my expectations.

Ordered our new awning on a Saturday and arrived the following Tuesday at 08:45 just in time for our first caravan adventure.

Service was first class delivered on time. The quality of the awning was excellent great value for money.

Excellent customer service, friendly staff and fast delivery. Would defo shop here again.
