I contacted JDCompucare with an urgent computer issue. Jamie was quick to respond and arrived when he said he would. He was friendly, efficient, reassuring and explained everything really well. He checked my computer, installed updates and removed unnecessary or damaged files. I have asked Jamie to take over the care of my computer and would thoroughly recommend JDCompuCare.

As someone who is not computer literate and having an old computer that was slow, dated and generally worked when it wanted to. I contacted jamie who was totally understanding and sorted out what he could. I was also toying with the idea of upgrading my computed and jamie did all the hard work in finding and reccommending a new laptop which I bought and he installed for me. A truly professional service and I will have no hesitation to recommend him.

Old computer would not work on wireless and very slow generally - Jamie came to my house quickly and checked it out and then recommended a couple of new computers. He transferred everything onto new computer and brought it back within a couple of days. He set up my wireless connection and helped me get started on the new computer without making me feel stupid. Very professional and approachable too.

Picked the computer up and delivered next day, computer was ill and came back healthy. Comp didnt talk for a bit and Jamie`s expertise and devotion to duty brought it alive once more. I had lost my soundcard driver cd. Thanks very much to JD.

Jamie investigated a sound problem on our pc and fitted a new sound card. He was friendly, punctual and did a great job. He even cleaned out the internal fan and tidied up our files to speed things up. We would certainly use him again and would highly recommend him.

Jamie was excellent - I had a netbook that needed a screen cable replaced. He picked up from my place of work on time, returned when he said he would and was on budget. The work was excellent - the screen is fixed and he even cleaned my dusty netbook. Really impressed - would happily use again.
