Amazing work by a very professional company.

Contracted JC windows to replace existing French windows, Front door and construct a glass front balcony with bi-fold doors to our property. The service from John and his team was both professional and excellent on every level and the front of our property has been completely transformed. My poor photography skills do not do the project justice. The guys completing the work, Martin and Mark, a pleasure to have in our home. Interestingly the architect who did our plans had done similar plans for others in the area and we have paid only £3K more for the whole project than they had for a balcony only ! Would not hesitate to recommend.

We replaced old tired patio doors with new bifold doors. Job done in a day. We are very pleased with the results and have got quotes for two other windows.

We have just had two composite doors of our design, fitted together with matching side windows. Excellent quality and great value, all fitted by first class tradesmen. No comp-laints and all done within the promised timescale.

JC Windows replaced four windows in my flat with triple glazed argon gas filled panels which all look great. They were supplied and installed to a high standard at a very reasonable price with a ten year guarantee. There has been noticeable reduction in noise levels from a busy road in front of my property and I they should help to keep heating costs down in winter.

Composite front door and kitchen window fitted. First-class work carried out at a competitive price, no damage at all to interior plaster or wallpaper which is pleasing. Quite surprised how less draughty the property is since the job was completed. Wouldn't hesitate to use, or recommend JC Windows for any future work.

We had all windows and outside doors replaced by JC Windows May 2018. The quality of products used was to a higher specification than those quoted elsewhere at a comparable price. The quality of workmanship was to the highest of standards. The fitters Gary and Steve were very talented in their trade, prompt, polite, efficient, always leaving the site clean and tidy. We are very happy with the finished product, in particular their workmanship and price.

Contacted JC Windows and initially dealt with Mike. John then arranged for my new Double Glazed Units to be fitted on 2. 10. 17. Must say that they were really very good to deal with. Every aspect was covered and the Communication with them was first class. I am still waiting for quotes from the other firms that I contacted! The workmanship was very good and their work has created a great improvement to my house. Will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend.

We have just had 2 bay windows and 3 normal windows replaced. We had an excellent service provided by Mike, who initially came out to offer advice, John, who came to measure up, and the two fitters, who never seemed to have a break. We are extremely happy with the quality of the windows and the cost was very reasonable. All in all it has been a very pleasurable experience and I would not hesitate in recommending them. In fact we will be using them again next year for some additional work.

We recently used JC windows to supply and fit our new Rockdoor. Before agreeing to the work we asked a lot of questions and Mike was very patient and helpful and at no point pressured us in to making a decision. The work was carried out quickly and with no fuss. The people who installed it were friendly and cleaned up all their mess before leaving. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend JC windows and we are hoping to use them again in the near future to have triple glazing installed.

We were very pleased with the complete service - from the initial meeting and follow-up meetings with John, his expertise in all areas of double glazing, his service is first class. No forceful salesmen to contend with. Then the gentlemen who fitted the windows, Steve and Jack, were very efficient at what they do, very hard working and reliable. The quality of the windows themselves is excellent. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending JC Windows to anyone thinking of installing new windows.

Had one or two leak problems on our conservatory but this could have been brought about by the block type construction of our house. John has been back personally and after our final chat he has very professionally agreed to reimburse us on some cosmetic stains caused by the leaks. I understand how difficult it was to get around certain obstacles on our unusual property but we all want things perfect first time, unfortunately "Gremlins" do appear from time to time.

JC Windows helped us to patch up after a burglary, and fitted a substantial window that met our needs for security and price. They are always helpful and flexible, especially for working households, and we would recommend them to anyone.
