Fantastic service and very helpful!

Good selection of the artists work is held at this gallery, so lots to choose from and easy to use their website. Good communication both over the phone and prompt response to emails. Also the gallery made contact with the artist to answer a request I had. All in all very accommodating. The prints I ordered were well packaged and arrived quickly. They were even nicer than they appeared as pictures on the Internet. Really pleased.

I was looking online for a number of David Meredith Bronzes and found them on the Jardine Gallery website. My enquiry email was dealt with promptly. Great customer service, The bronze snail purchased arrived within a couple of days of ordering, it was packed to prevent damage. The snail I ordered is delightful, good value for money, and I will be ordering more items in the future.

I recently bought a Nick Day print of his Snow Leopard and was very pleased with the prompt service; the print was well packaged which meant it was in excellent condition when I received it.

Bought 5 David Dancey Wood prints for myself and a friend. I contacted Julian and he sourced all the prints we wanted. He arranged for them to be framed and was really helpful in agreeing the style of frames. As I live outside London, we used email and photo to finalise choices. Julian was extremely helpful and very efficient in getting the earrings to match the cowrie shell pendant displayed on his web site and then dispatching them both to me in time for my daughter's birthday -even making a special trip to the post office. He kept me updated throughout and the jewellery itself is beautiful.
