Jane Hirst left Financial Services in 2006 to follow her dream of been able to provide local business owners with amazing tools and techniques to develop their staff - all at a fraction of the cost of the larger providers. With over 25 years of experience in developing people, both at operational and leadership levels, Jane now provides three levels of service for her clients:

1. Interactive learning sessions written to meet your specific needs and delivered in timeframes that fit your business schedules. They're fun and full of skills that can be used straight away.
2. Facilitation of events, so that you can be fully involved in the debate while an impartial person runs the session
3. Consultancy services to help you improve your business, linking into best practice and excellent project management skills The company is situated in Friern Barnet (London) and works both locally, nationally and internationally.
