Jamie's Guitar School

I took up the guitar again when I retired 5 years ago and have been delighted with the way Jamie has helped me pick things up again. He somehow manages to combine supportive with demanding - both of which I need in equal measure.

I have had lessons with Jamie for 3 years. He is a good teacher, very patient and friendly. I would definitely recommend him.

Jamie is an excellent and very patient teacher,he has put up with my foibles and his personal approach is exemplary. His Practise ! Practise! Practise theme is accurate,and he is very patient when I fall short of the mark. Most importantly he is a very warm and gentle person.

Jamie has been teaching me guitar for almost a year now, his an excellent teacher he makes the lessons interesting and he will go out of his way to find the music you want to play.

I've been learning to play guitar with Jamie at Stourbridge Music School for the past 18 months and found it very enjoyable. I never realised how much progress I would make. Highly recommended!
