'James Woodwards Tennis', based at Aylesbury Tennis Club, is here to offer tennis coaching for all ages and abilities. Starting with Tots tennis at 3 years old, right up to adult coaching at 93 years old.

There is a whole range of tennis coaching and tennis activity available, including beginners courses for all ages through to performance level coaching for the more aspiring players wanting to compete on the big stage.

Tennis challenges you to improve and develop your game to become a more effective player. When you improve your game, you don't just become a better player, but also gain the satisfaction of mastering a skill. If this is something of interest to you, or just beginning the game or perhaps just trying to get a bit fitter, then we are here to help!

All Coaches are CRB checked, insured and First Aid trained.

Head Coach - LTA Level 3 (Licensed).
Tots and Mini Tennis Coach - LTA Level 2 (Registered).
Mini Tennis and Adults Coach - LTA Level 2(Registered).

At Aylesbury you will find tennis coaching for Tots (3-5years old), Mini's (5-10 years old), Juniors (11-18 years old) and Adults.

There are groups for all abilities within in each age group from beginners to performance sessions.
We also offer 'Cardio Tennis', a heart pumping mixture of tennis and aerobic exercise, Tennis Xpress, a 6 week fast track tennis course and many Match Play or competitive events.

We run tennis camps during all school holidays.

On site, we also run a Professional Tennis Shop. Supplying rackets, balls, clothes, shoes, accessories and racket restringing (tennis and squash).

James Woodwards Tennis utilises the fantastic products on offer from Yonex. All coaches have chosen to use the Yonex rackets and are willing to help educate all players of the benefits of these.
