Excellent service as always. This journey was only booked seven hours before my arrival at the airport and Jane the driver was waiting for my call ready to collect me. Always friendly drivers, very polite and courteous. Excellent vehicles used. Will always use this company and would highly recommend.

Amazing service. I had complications with my flight into Manchester with delays and misinformation from official websites and J21 went out of their way to make sure that everything was reorganised to collect me much later than the time I booked. But besides that, the car, the driver, everything was spot on….

I went on holiday with 3 friends - lots of luggage and a wheelchair. I had used J21 before one way but this time I recommended using them to take us to the airport and collect us on our return. We were all very impressed by the service - on time (actually early), exceptionally good cars (MPV used in this case) and the driver was waiting for us at the airport on our return (for a small extra fee). I will not hesitate to use them again and no hesitation in recommending them to others.

We always use J21 to collect us from the airport as they are reliable, extremely professional and their cars are spotless and comfortable. We recently returned from our apartment in Spain and were delayed for 8 hours. This mean that we arrived into Manchester at 3am instead of the scheduled 6. 45pm. Despite the long delay, our driver Michael was there to greet us and it was very welcomed after such a long delay!

We have used J21 several times now and have always received excellent service in particular this time we were caught up in the Thomas Cook collapse but the staff at J21 managed to trace our revised flight even though it was not a listed one and as we exited Manchester arrivals our driver was there to greet us even upgrading us and the office staff could not have been more helpful.

We have used J21 numerous times they are 100% reliable. Always on time, vehicles are immaculate and the chauffeurs are extremely professional and very competent drivers. We have been driven by Jane twice now and what a pleasure, this lady is a brilliant chauffeur and has such a lovely manner. Would definitely recommend this company any time.

Great service from this company, we were picked up on time and driven to the airport by a very courteous driver, we paid for meet and greet and received a text when we landed telling us where the driver was waiting. Having booked a taxi at the last minute to collect my brother and his partner from Manchester Airport at 01. 00. Having spent 3 weeks hospitalised in Spain. We were extremely satisfied with the service they received. They were met in the arrivals area with a very professional, friendly driver who assisted them with their suitcases. The driver was courteous and very chatty. He made my brother and his partner laugh, which is something that they had not done for the past 3 weeks. Excellent service, first class drivers, prompt, able to accomodate when when our time of arrival was brought forward by 2 hours. Driver kept us updated by mobile phone of exactly where he would be waiting for us as we left Bolton Interchange which has more than one exit. Would certainly recommend.

Lovely, polite, professional and friendly driver called Shahid. He waited for my delayed plane home for 2 hours! Carried my case and gave me a much needed bottle of water. Felt really safe in the taxi, very happy with his driving. Taxi clean. Would only use this company in future.
