James removed our pre-fabricated garage and removed it from site. He then constructed a fence across the bottom of the garden, then paved the area of the garage base and constructed a pergola. All work was carried out to a high standard and nothing was too much trouble.

We have a small garden which we hardly ever use because the tiny patch of grass gets so boggy! Having decided to have a patio instead, we got in contact with James. We are so pleased with the results, he has done a beautiful job of laying paving. We are already getting much more use out of it. James has been reliable, great at communicating as the job progressed, full of useful advice about what to plant and how to care for our new garden. Plus a lovely friendly chap! I cannot rate J. B. Landscapes highly enough. Our garden was basically a building site with materials that were dumped by a previous trader that did not care at all that we had a young child. James and Bea came round and discussed all areas of the job and supplied ideas and encouragement throughout the job. There was not a moment that work was not discussed and all pinch points raised and dealt with professionally, punctually and in such a manner that it was seamless at all times. They worked in all conditions without even a grumble. They were a joy to have working for me. For the first time in years I not only have now have a garden that I am proud to have but one that is safe and fun for my son to run around in. Their knowledge and craftsmanship does not have a limit at all. If you are fortunate enough to book them then I will say that you are going to be very very pleased indeed. Our garden was recently transformed from “drab to fab” thanks to the hard work of J. B. Landscapes. We would highly recommend using this company as they are reliable, hardworking, trustworthy and their attention to detail is faultless.

James and B recently laid a new patio for us, built a seating area and a pergola. They were both very easy to deal with and had sensible and practical suggestions on design. They worked quickly and efficiently and the work was completed to a very high standard. It looks great and we’re really happy with it.

JB Landscapes came round in September to change our back yard into a proper garden. They did a great job! We were so pleased we had them back in December for another job - this time to sort out the path at the front of our house. We found JB Landscapes after doing a thorough internet search and they were the company that stood out, not just from the internet search but also from meeting James in person when he came round to quote. From the outset James was upfront with us and told us he was booked up for a couple of months, but we were prepared to wait as JB Landscapes stood out from all the companies we had round to quote and, importantly, they came across as trustworthy. James provided advice on the design of our garden and made recommendations as to paving stones and artificial grass to make sure our requirements were met. Despite having booked them a few months in advance, James and B turned up on time, which was really impressive considering we were in the middle of Covid (so we'd been preparing ourselves for a potential delay, but there wasn't one! ). The work JB Landscapes did consisted of removing our paving stones and replacing with a combination of artificial grass and a perimeter of paving stones. They also replaced a fence and fitted a new gate. We found James and B to be trustworthy, reliable and really nice people! They did a great job on our garden and we found them to be really reasonably priced. It's great to find a company you can trust. We tasked James with laying a new deck in our back garden to wrap around our conservatory. The job was carried out with efficiency and proffessionalism. James is a lovely guy, passionate about his work and works to a very high standard. We would highly recommend him and his work. Thank you James.

James did an excellent job replacing and extending some old decking, over 60 sqr meters. At this difficult time of coronavirus James did a tidy job promptly and was helpful with additional requests. We were delighted with the finished result which looks amazing.

James and Bea are a really lovely couple, who really work hard to get the job done. They are very professional and did an excellent job.

James and Bea have made an excellent job transforming a raised patio area into one more level with the rest of my garden. Carefully removed patio slabs for reuse, manually excavated approximately five tons of rubble and soil (with a little bit of help from a Kango), relaid the slabs, built and rendered a retaining wall. Finished off with gorgeous capping stones selected by James and very much in keeping with the rest of my garden. Excellent with communication, fully detailed and broken down quotation, competitively priced, professional, prompt, friendly. They worked tirelessly. I can't recommend highly enough. A part of the garden I never much liked now feels cosy and snug - exactly what I was hoping for. Looking forward to getting James and Bea back late in the year for phase 2. Need to get the new garden seating assembled now!

James was great to deal with and the job was completed efficiently and on budget. We are delighted with the transformation of our small, uneven, basic back garden into a smart and usable space. It's a pleasure to recommend him.

James and his team have done an excellent job of landscaping and re-turfing the garden and replacing the fences at our current home as well as the garden at our previous house. James made a beautiful patio out of my gravel pit of a garden, was very patient in explaining the intricacies of landscaping to me as the job progressed and tidied up after himself as all the materials had to brought in through my flat. He is very knowledgeable and flexible, with an eye for slick design. Couldn't be any happier with the result!
