Had a new, replacement roof. I can’t fault it from start to finish. Offered choices, recommendations and reasons why not to do something. I asked about replacement insulation and they said it is old but didn’t need replacing. That tells me they are a company with integrity and honesty as they could have said yes and charged loads more. Workers were extremely conscientious and clean, leaving little to no rubbish - amazing. No hidden extras, no unexpected clauses. Can’t recommend enough. Our roofs are on the right. Amazing job Thank you.

Friendly professional advice. Images were sent live from my roof, showing what needed doing and also Progress on the work. Communication was excellent and we knew where and when work would be done. A refreshing experience.

Replaced the rotten wood and roofing felt on the bay windows flat roof. Very good communication. Rang when he said he would and came to see the job quickly. Jim and his team did an excellent job and were very quick and tidy. Next time I need a roofing job I’ll be contacting them again.

Our tar and stone garage roof was leaking quite badly in several areas. We got several quotes but found that Jim took the time to explain what needed replacing and what was OK and just needed to dry out, the quote was also very reasonably priced. JAP Roofing came and replaced the leaking external roof with new felt. Jim and his team were courteous, tidied up after themselves and did a great job, so much so that we've recommended him to our neighbours and he's been back to replace 4 more garage roofs down my street.

Knowledgeable assessment of the problem and clear advice on effecting the repair. JAP were completely reliable even sending us photographs of the gully and adjoining tiling. I feel confident in JAP's workmanship, recommend them to others and certainly would use them again if the roof requires it. It's a bonus to find such a helpful and friendly firm.

Job was to fit vent tiles on my roof to help prevent localised condensation/damp issues in my loft space. Arrived on time and on budget and also did a little extra piece of work that wasn’t originally asked for. The job has certainly helped my ventilation problem in my attic space. Great service.
